Incorporated since February 2006, we specialise in the supply and installation of full central heating systems, boiler upgrades and boiler breakdowns. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us.

Committed to providing a top quality service. We are fully Gas Safe registered and all of our staff are friendly, polite and experts in their trade.

We can offer up to 18 years warranty (terms and conditions apply) on selected newly installed ATAG boilers.

We also carry out plumbing repairs and installations from a dripping tap to unvented cylinders.

Covering up to a twenty mile radius of Birmingham. Offering a free no obligation quotation for all new boiler and central heating replacements/upgrades.

As a longstanding Which? member, I rely heavily on Which? Trusted Traders to get work done on my own home and that of family members. Almost a year to the day when I last asked All Aspects to bail me out with a small crisis in the home of a family member in Birmingham, once again, All Aspects rose to the occasion with another issue. Simon visited the property on the same day and began the repair work on the plumbing to a toilet. Having found that a seemingly straightforward job was far from it - due to poor workmanship from another contractor in the past - Simon began work to rectify the issue in the afternoon and returned early the following morning to complete the job. Explaining each step to me as he went along, Simon persevered until the job was done properly and in keeping with the standards I have grown used to with All Aspects. Then, much to my amazement, when I returned to my own home in the north-west this evening I found that Simon had only invoiced me for the original price he had quoted. I cannot overplay how much it means to know that, in All Aspects, there is a company I can turn to that combines high professional standards with integrity. As good as the very many traders from Which? Trusted Traders have been over the years, All Aspects have simply been the best of the best. Based on my two experiences a year apart, I cannot speak highly enough of the company. Thank you Simon.

Over the last few years my experiences with the standard of work supplied by various tradesmen was not good, to the point where I was delaying getting jobs done because I was unsure as to whether there would be a positive outcome. However, my last two jobs have been awarded to companies endorsed by Which? Trusted Traders and this has restored my faith. On this job All Aspects Heating Ltd was asked to quote for two categories of work: (1) I had previously employed a national company to improve my gas central heating system by installing a new boiler and upgrading a 1-pipe system to a 2-pipe system. It transpired that their installation had an element of poor workmanship and various technical discrepancies. The company was given numerous opportunities to correct the faults but, despite their acknowledgement of shortcomings, failed to do so. I therefore asked All Aspects.. to validate and resolve the issues; (2) I requested various plumbing related jobs, from fitting new kitchen/bathroom taps to refitting an unstable toilet, to clearing a problem drain. Most of the work was performed by Paul, with Simon providing his expertise where required. Both were very personable and professional. Their work was efficient and tidy and they kept me informed of progress, considerations and alternative approaches at all stages of the work. They came in on budget and some additional work was very reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to employ them again and I’m happy to recommend them.

All Aspects responded to a crisis I was faced with at a relation's property early Saturday morning. The office (Jennifer?) answered my tel. call promptly and had one of their plumbers (Paul) out to me within 30'. Paul was absolutely tremendous. He pinpointed the cause of a problem (that had plagued us for a number of years), identified the source and fixed it (in a very confined space!) - explaining each step of the process to me as he went. He then carried out a much-needed full service of the boiler, once again explaining what he was doing and why. The icing on the cake was the very fair price the company charged for the work. I am a big fan of Which? Trusted Traders and have used very many over the years. However, I would have to say that this experience topped the lot. I cannot speak highly enough of the work All Aspects did nor can I speak highly enough of Paul the plumber. A big thank you to all concerned.

I called All Aspects after my elderly mother-in-law had a new washing machine delivered & the delivery guy couldn't install it because the old machine waste pipe had been welded permanently. She was left with an old machine that didn't work & a new one sitting in the middle of her kitchen and was understandably stressed. All Aspects came out the following morning, removed the old machine & placed it outside for scrap dealers to collect. They fitted the new machine and took the time to explain how to use it. Courteous throughout, very thorough and excellent value for money.

Excellent service, advice and communication. We have several properties and had new emersion hot water tanks fitted. The old LPG boiler was removed efficiently and safely. Arrived on time with correct tools and parts for the job. Each job completely finished within a day. A dishwasher and washing machine were fitted too without issue. Had a minor leak and it was fixed the next morning without charge.

Professional assessment & difficult repair

Central heating boiler gas valve failure was quickly identified -- but a major problem was encountered for a replacement valve in that it was listed as no longer available --being obsolete. An updated valve was assured by a supplier to be compatible --but was immediately realised to be non-compatible by Simon Carter the engineer. I was faced with major structural work regarding the installation of a new boiler & radiator up-grade -- as the property is Grade Two listed & mainly Wattle & Daub panel construction. Diligent searching & contact with the original valve manufacture by Simon finally established that a replacement valve WAS available ---even tho' 'computer says no!' this was due to part number re-classification by manufacturer/supplier. I cannot commend highly enough the approach & professionalizes of Simon to solve this situation. All Aspects as a Company are fortunate to have him as their representative. Thank you Simon once more for your expertise & attitude.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Simon. We were extremely pleased with Simon's work. He was punctual and worked diligently throughout the day until the work was completed. He was not prepared to accept additional payment even though he worked beyond the quoted job allocated hours. A very satisfied customer.

Rapid Results! Less than 5 hours from my enquiry our external drain was clear. Price was clearly stated at the beginning of my call and then received a text with a heads up on arrival time. Adrian was polite and respectful, explained the blockage and what was needed to clear it, as well as reaffirmed costs/per time spent - then completed the job within half an hour... and was also sent same-day confirmation that payment had been received. Thoroughly professional and definitely happy to recommend All Aspects of services.

When it's freezing cold and you realise you have a water leak under the tiled floor you know your in trouble. After contacting my insurance company on their emergency phone number and getting no help whatsoever i needed some proof that there was a God. I contacted All Aspects Property Maintenance who had serviced my boiler for 7 years and Jennifer in their office really helped, Simon the heating and plumbing engineer came within 3 hours and started work straight away, he came back the following day and completed the job. I can now have a hot bath and the central heating is back on. 5 Stars to this company.

Annual Gas Boiler service. This has been my 5th boiler service since having a new boiler installed by All Aspects. Each service as been fitted into my schedule and confirmed appointment call received the day before. The Engineer was professional and very tidy each time.
