Will and his AllstarSystems team did an excellent job for us, firstly in calling and checking our very old oil boiler which had suddenly stopped working, on the morning after my phone call to him, a Saturday. He spent quite some time looking into the boiler and checking and advised us, and confirmed our suspicions, that it could be expensive and unreliable to repair, and recommended a suitable replacement that he could fit into the same space and pipework in our kitchen if he could locate and obtain one, as they had become scarce at that time. Over the weekend he managed to locate one and sent us a quote for the full cost of supplying and installing it which we agreed to, so he obtained it on the Monday and was able to fit in with his existing work to do it just 3 days later on the Thursday. He and the team worked from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm removing the old boiler and fully installing the new one, including power flushing all our radiators. Will was very knowledgeable and efficient and the team were polite, pleasant, and professional, and left our house clean and tidy. Will made sure that I understood the operation of the boiler, and the thermostatic control for heat and water, and assured us that we should phone him at any time if any problems or queries.

Replacement System Boiler

Will and his team replaced our old and temperamental Baxi boiler with a new Worcester Bosch model. The quote included a power flush, unvented system service, new expansion vessel and a smart hub. Will arrived at 8:15, shortly followed by his team, and they completed the work by 7:15pm. An unexpected problem arose at 4:30pm but Will collected a new part and they resolved the job straight away. Top quality work and service. We highly recommend!

Bosch 30kw system and joule unvented installation

William and his team are a professional outfit. Minimum disruption and upheaval during the 2 days to remove old boiler and water tank replacing this kit with new Bosch system boiler and unvented cylinder. Staggered how much they achieved in 2 days given the changes required. Friendly and respectful throughout. A very neat and tidy job. Well worth the money.

Will and Banki worked all day on a Saturday to fit a new boiler for me at short notice. Will had clearly communicated what was going to be required and gave me a detailed breakdown of cost in good time, so I could make an informed decision before proceeding. On the day, they turned up exactly at the agreed time and worked all day to get the job done. They were very friendly, polite, and professional, leaving the site clean and tidy. I would definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to family and friends. I thought the charges were very reasonable for the service provided.

Unvented hot water system installation

Will and his team installed a new hot water system with a 125ltr Joule cylinder in our loft replacing a very outdated tank system. They completed the work over two days and worked efficiently and tidily. Despite a few problems of installation in an old cottage- these were resolved after some discussion. We were grateful for advice on our existing electrics and are very pleased with the overall result. We will continue to use their services. Thanks again Allstars.

I am so grateful to the guys. After moving into a new house, and a leak on the second day from the outdated immersion tank, contacted Will and we discussed the best system for our set up. He booked us in quickly and the guys got everything sorted out, they even added a new shower last minute. Very helpful, tidy, efficient and an amazing job. Definitely a 5 star (Allstar) service :-)

Supply and Installation of a Joule Unvented, Direct Hot Water System

My 37 year old vented hot water cylinder was leaking. I searched online for a local installer of Unvented, Direct Hot Water Systems as I felt this was the way forward, and found All Star Systems who had all the right credentials. I contacted Allstar Systems by email on Sunday 28 Feb 21. William rang me first thing Monday morning. Within an hour he had found a suitable system, available, and gave me a quotation over the phone for an unvented system and an option for a vented system. I accepted the verbal quotation (written quotation received by email that evening) for the unvented system. William offered to fit it the next day as my system was leaking but I opted for the Friday as it was more convenient for me. Since we were under Covid 19 National Lockdown conditions William and his team arrived with full safety equipment. I showed him the existing installation etc. and then stayed out of their way. The installation was completed with no inconvenience to me and very quickly. William showed me the installation, and explained it to me. It was neat and tidy and no mess. I was very pleased with the work and with the associated benefit of the increased pressure in the system and no roof tank, which had been removed by them. Couldn't be happier. A professional, polite, helpful, and reliable team.

Will was able to come the same day to our boiler breakdown. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Now the complex heating system of dual boilers is working better than ever! The repairs and servicing were to budget. And Will was able to suggest further improvements if desired in the future.

I wanted a good Worcester Bosch service engineer to service our boiler. The reviews for Allstar Systems were excellent so I contacted them and shortly after received a response and a date was fixed. Ashley was here for over 2 hours servicing our boiler. He pinpointed a problem and immediately contacted Will who then spoke to me on the phone. The problem was explained and a solution, to contact Worcester Bosch to ask if they could carry out a one of fix - which they can - was suggested. I was impressed at how patient they were explaining everything and how they were honest and happy to suggest WB carried out the work themselves as it would be more cost effective. I was impressed with their punctuality and how assiduous they were in how they carried out the service. I will be booking them again for next year's service!

New Worcester Bosch Installation

After extensive research I appointed Will Smith and his team to install a new boiler and service the whole of my central heating system. What clinched the deal for me was the fact that Will identified that I had a dangerous installation previously and the expansion vessel attached to the hot water tank was not secured to the wall, was full to bursting and and the copper piping leading outside was going up hill! No other person coming out to quote had identified this and other problem areas. Allstar in the end was the most expensive quote but I now have a twelve year guarantee from Worcester Bosch. Will and his team worked exceedingly professionally, carried out the work on times and on schedule. I now have a zoned central heating system working very effectively. I was keen to replace the radiators but Will advised if the system was properly cleaned and set up this was an expense I did not need to consider. I appreciated this advise and not spending money where it is not necessary. I highly recommend Allstars Service.
