Alex came out to investigate why our hot water had become excessively hot. After carrying out a review of our HW system and discounting a number of potential causes, he made a few tweaks which I am pleased to say resolved the problem. He also explained the optimum temperature we should be seeking and the reasons for this. e.g. legionnaires etc.

Nowadays it is a notorious challenge to find skilled and trustworthy tradesperson. Having requested multiple quotes and eventually I chose AMT Heating LTD. I found Alex was very knowledgeable and experienced about his job. He has provided me with options of boiler and the best choice for our property as well as making the process of installing clear and easy with a fast turnaround time on getting me new boiler. Josh who did the installation was extremely friendly and professional. He went beyond and above to finish his job and did an excellent job taking care of the property the entire time. Alex was prompt and pleasant in all communication, arrived when he said he would, and brought all necessary parts with him, so the jobs could be completed there and then. He explained what he was doing and was transparent about his (reasonable) pricing, which didn’t change as the job progressed. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I was pleased with Alex’s services and will be using AMT again. It is great to find a good local plumber.

AMT Heating installed my new boiler 2 years ago and I have used them for the annual boiler service for the last two years. The work is excellent. Have always been reliable and trustworthy. Communication is good. Any issues or problems have been resolved promptly and satisfactorily. Always helpful and happy to be contacted for any aftercare or advice if necessary. Prices are fair and competitive and always to budget. I had some other plumbing work carried out this time to replace some old parts as well as having the boiler service. I was very pleased with this work too. I can highly recommend using AMT Heating.

Had a new boiler fitted by AMT on Monday and couldn't be happier. Alex was great to deal with when purchasing and got me a very good discount. Josh carried out the installation and his work was perfect — very polite, clean, and professional throughout. He explained everything clearly and showed me exactly how to use the boiler. Excellent service all round and I'll definitely be using AMT again for future work.

I cannot recommend AMT heating more. Josh came round to replace a heated towel rail and service a boiler. He was professional, experienced and so friendly. He did a great job, was knowledgeable and gave me sound advice on my ancient boiler. Alex has also been amazing to communicate with and asked all the right questions to give me a solid quote before the job was carried out. I will definitely be using them again!

I have used AMT Heating a few times now, and have always been more than happy with the work carried out. Alex is always accommodating and will try and fit you in as soon as he can, and in this instance even came earlier than the agreed appointment time due to growing issue with leak,.
