Andersen EV

I ordered my new Andersen A3 charger while in the car showroom after placing my order (Wednesday lunchtime), and by Saturday lunchtime it had been delivered and installed - now that is super impressive service. The Andersen team coordinating the installation were excellent; as we were going on holiday the day they wanted to install the charger, every stop was pulled out to bring the installation day forward to the Saturday resulting in their engineer driving from Bristol (we live in Southampton) to undertake the install as the local engineers to us could not achieve the timescales requested. The installing Engineer, Krzysztof, was brilliant, knowledgable, talked me over what he was going to do, got on without fuss and tidied up after. The end result is just what I had hoped for - even the neighbours didn't realise it was an EV charger as no cables were showing and no tethered cable was visible. I now have my EV and the charging is so simple - scheduled for a cheap overnight tariff and the App tells me everything I need to know. Given I am new to electric cars the whole charging aspect is far more simple with the A3 than I would have thought. The whole service from ordering to installation has been second to none. A very happy customer.

I had the initial call with Daniel who talked me through my options and site survey of where I wanted to install the EV. He was informative and confirmed my decision that I had chosen the right EV for my house. I watched some You Tube videos of the installation so I was aware of the size of the cable. I then spoke to Connor and Chris who arranged the installation and liaised with me throughout the process. I was lucky enough to receive a call that they had a cancellation and so installation was 4 days earlier than expected - bonus! Danny arrived in the morning at the agreed time, he was friendly, helpful and talked us through how the installation was going to take place and where the cable would run from. Danny was a pleasure to have here for the day and nothing was too much bother for him. He stayed with us to show us how to register the warranty, download the app and talked us through how to use the app in detail. He was very meticulous and even said that if there were any issues (day or night) that we could call him on his number and he would be available to help! I received an email a few days later to check how everything was. The level of service that Anderson (and especially Danny) offer, is second to none. Its a high end charger for a reason, 7 year warranty, amazing customer service and installers that are friendly, educated on the product and trustworthy. I will be recommending the Anderson EV charger but i also know, as soon as anyone sees it, it will sell itself.

Seamless process from enquiry and order to fitting. Ian messaged the day before to confirm our instal time and arrived as arranged. Ian involved me in the process when needed and was clear in his communication in the decision I had to make. His work was finished to a very high and neat standard, cleaning up as he progressed. He had a friendly and professional manner and I was very pleased with the installation and would highly recommend Ian.

Very pleased with the Anderson charger - its neat with an easy to use app. The installer was excellent and did a very neat job and also spent time showing me all the app functionality and helping with set up. Very good customer support too and flexible regarding installation date/time.

Charger was installed on time and apart from being very practical also looks good blending with our brickwork. Like fact lead is protected from the elements. Pleased that contact with staff in office since installation has been very good. Answered any queries about operation of charger in a helpful, practical and patient manner.

I used Andersen EV to supply and fir a new EV charger at my house. The company was great from order to install. In particular Josh, the installer who came out yesterday. He is an absolute credit to Andersen EV company, his enthusiasm, politeness and professionalism is very refreshing in this day and age.

I've purchased an EV charge point from Andersen and used their installation service. I am seriously impressed! Their website is clear and informative, backed up by absolutely first-class customer service. Queries are answered promptly and fully, and they monitor the progress of your order and installation. Clear and helpful emails, supported by explanatory videos, are sent at each stage of the process, including one the night before installation confirming all the details and arrival time. Customer service then follow up with a phone call to check that you are happy with the installation, and they offer a 'concierge service' to help with using the charger and the app. Installation was by an Andersen employee in a branded Andersen EV. The work was thorough, safe and well done. The charge point is well-made, looks good (you can store the wire behind its cover), and is supported by a simple but very effective app. Andersen makes the transition to an EV painless. It's not the cheapest charge point, but the quality stands out. Actually, the standard installation fee was significantly lower than quotes I received from local electricians. But for assurance, peace of mind and all-round great service this company cannot be beaten. Many firms claim to put the customer first - this one really does. I cannot recommend their staff and their service too highly.

I had an Andersen A3 charger fitted at home on the 10th October, from start to finish the whole process was exactly as expected. Very simple and easy, fitted was very polite and punctual and I can’t fault the product, it works perfectly and looks great.

From placing of order, to site survey, to installation and in between the Andersen team have been very knowledgeable, accommodating and kept us informed at all stages. Danny the site fitter was very conscientious and had an eye for detail in positioning of EV charger so no cables were visible on outside of house and those inside the garage were neatly run to consumer unit. Site was left clean and tidy. Danny was most helpful in showing us how to set up app and go about charging car, especially as we are new to electric vehicle ownership. The Andersen app is easy to use with many useful features and functions.
