Andersen EV

The product is excellent that Andersen EV supplied and the service was first class as well. The process of ordering, carrying out remote survey, receiving the product and it being installed was really easy and the communication was superb throughout. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I had an Anderson A2 installed at my new house, the service was excellent from the moment I placed the order. I had a direct contact who reached out straight away and managed the whole installation for me including finding a company to do some underground work for the cable run which crossed a walk way in the garden and resolved whether the property had a Phase Three or Single Phase power feed, by arranging the electricity board to come and survey the property (it has two independent Single Phases). This is some of the best customer service I've ever received, an excellent product back up by an excellent company and with exceptional staff.

Zamir installed an A3 wall charger on the front of house next to the driveway, and the necessary wiring in the external meter box including the installation of the recommended surge protector. We had an initial idea of where we would like the charger and where the cable might run, but he offered some excellent advice as to an alternative position which almost completely eliminated any visible cabling. The work was done in around 2-3 hours and everything was covered with the standard installation fee. Zamir was very professional, polite and offered excellent advice. The work was done with zero fuss and almost no interruption; the mains power was off for only about 10 minutes, and installation noise was minimal. There was a small amount of rubbish for us to dispose of (which was neatly packed into the box the wall charger was delivered in), and the work area itself was left exactly as he found it. After the installation he helped me get the Anderson app installed, did the initial setup to pair it with the charger, and then showed me exactly how to use it. He also demonstrated the unit successfully charging his own car for a minute, so I was happy everything was working as this was prior to taking delivery of my own EV. The aftercare was a phone call and follow-up email from Head of Customer Experience. There were no problems to discuss and I could only say that I was very happy with everything.

Very pleased with the quality of the Andersen EV technology, installation and service. Regular communications, thoughtful support of EV novices (the concierge service is particularly helpful) and great follow up. A technical hitch was very swiftly resolved.

We were kept well informed throughout the whole process. The installer was excellent he explained everything he was doing and went through the process on how to use the charging unit. There was excellent follow up enquiring if everything went well and if they could help in anyway and reminded us to complete the warranty form. We are really pleased with our choice of ordering a Andersen EV charger.

We had an Andersen EV charge point installed recently. Having made an initial enquiry we were contacted promptly and arrangements were made. We did opt to have a survey as well as the installation which is costlier but we felt it was worth the time and comfort of knowing what was required and agreeing the installation arrangements. The engineer was very professional and kept us informed during the process. He also took us through how to use the product and the associated app. We have already used the charger a number of times and are very pleased with its performance. The model we have is also very discrete and compliments our property. We are also very pleased with the 7 year parts and labour guarantee.

I ordered my new Andersen A3 charger while in the car showroom after placing my order (Wednesday lunchtime), and by Saturday lunchtime it had been delivered and installed - now that is super impressive service. The Andersen team coordinating the installation were excellent; as we were going on holiday the day they wanted to install the charger, every stop was pulled out to bring the installation day forward to the Saturday resulting in their engineer driving from Bristol (we live in Southampton) to undertake the install as the local engineers to us could not achieve the timescales requested. The installing Engineer, Krzysztof, was brilliant, knowledgable, talked me over what he was going to do, got on without fuss and tidied up after. The end result is just what I had hoped for - even the neighbours didn't realise it was an EV charger as no cables were showing and no tethered cable was visible. I now have my EV and the charging is so simple - scheduled for a cheap overnight tariff and the App tells me everything I need to know. Given I am new to electric cars the whole charging aspect is far more simple with the A3 than I would have thought. The whole service from ordering to installation has been second to none. A very happy customer.

I had the initial call with Daniel who talked me through my options and site survey of where I wanted to install the EV. He was informative and confirmed my decision that I had chosen the right EV for my house. I watched some You Tube videos of the installation so I was aware of the size of the cable. I then spoke to Connor and Chris who arranged the installation and liaised with me throughout the process. I was lucky enough to receive a call that they had a cancellation and so installation was 4 days earlier than expected - bonus! Danny arrived in the morning at the agreed time, he was friendly, helpful and talked us through how the installation was going to take place and where the cable would run from. Danny was a pleasure to have here for the day and nothing was too much bother for him. He stayed with us to show us how to register the warranty, download the app and talked us through how to use the app in detail. He was very meticulous and even said that if there were any issues (day or night) that we could call him on his number and he would be available to help! I received an email a few days later to check how everything was. The level of service that Anderson (and especially Danny) offer, is second to none. Its a high end charger for a reason, 7 year warranty, amazing customer service and installers that are friendly, educated on the product and trustworthy. I will be recommending the Anderson EV charger but i also know, as soon as anyone sees it, it will sell itself.

Seamless process from enquiry and order to fitting. Ian messaged the day before to confirm our instal time and arrived as arranged. Ian involved me in the process when needed and was clear in his communication in the decision I had to make. His work was finished to a very high and neat standard, cleaning up as he progressed. He had a friendly and professional manner and I was very pleased with the installation and would highly recommend Ian.

Gentleman turned up exactly when he said he was going to and did an amazing job - he was incredible tidy, thoughtful and communicative. Super impressed and a great charger to boot
