Andersen EV

I ordered a wall mounted charger from Andersen EV. They are not the cheapest on the market but the design allows it to blend in to the surroundings. I paid extra for Andersen EV to send an engineer out to complete a survey, as I did not want any surprises on the day. The engineer advised me what I needed to do ahead of the installation and he took care of the rest. The system was tested and I was shown how it all worked. By the time he had finished you hardly knew he had been. At every stage of the process I was kept informed. No complaints at all and would not hesitate to recommend Andersen EV

The EV charger was ordered on-line with very simple instructions on how to select the correct equipment and finishes to match the house. The on-site survey was arranged and the engineer attended on time. He gave a full explanation of the process and checked everything that was needed for the installation. The charger was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The installation was trouble free and the engineer gave a full explanation of how to set it up, pair with the Anderson EV app and checked that we were 100% happy with the information and how to start charging. The work was done to a very high standard and will add to the value of the property - it matches the stonework and decor perfectly. Since installation, charging has been trouble free with a full record of all charging episodes for tax purposes kept on the app. We have been very pleased with the work and the charger.

I had an EV charger installed. It was easy to book in and installed within two weeks. Very happy with the installation. The technician was very professional very polite. I was really pleased with the cabling which he did his best to hide and conceal the cables to make it look very neat, I did have to send Anderson some short video clips of my house and the proposed position of the charging point. This was quite easy.

Andersen EV installed a charger at my home. A superb service with a concierge who ensured all the installation stages were seamless. A great engineer onsite and the whole experience would make them a highly recommended supplier. The product is very high quality and looks great especially as you chose from multiple colours.

I spent a lot of time researching different electric vehicle chargers and was really keen to get something that met the "kerb" appeal and the ability to hide the charging cable when the vehicle wasn't being charged. Being an electrician myself, there is nothing worse than seeing cables draped or coiled loosely around. Andersen certainly met that expectation with the ability to pick what type of colour, length of cable and approved installation. I had a telephone call to discuss a couple of questions and subsequently bought the charger with installation. I was told it would be installed within a couple of weeks. Amazingly a couple hours after buying the charger, I had a call from the engineer and asked if I minded it being a little sooner as there was an engineer local and he could fit me in the next day! Fantastic... The charger was installed as planned and really happy with the product. The engineer was really good and explained everything, whilst being nice and flexible with the installation! As you may have now guessed I hate seeing cables being draped anywhere so was keen to make sure the installation remained invisible... Engineer did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. On top of that, the product care has been exceptional and I had a follow up call a few days to check. Since then I had a minor issue with the app in which Andersen helped me promptly and overall it has been a really pleasant experience!

Very happy with the work done. Two months on and everything is working flawlessly. I had two EV charging points installed on my garage along with a switch to select between them. I was also setup with the Andersen app on the day as well.

We contacted Anderson EV Chargers to get some information about the electric car chargers. We found the contact to be very professional and knowledgeable and they were very quick with responses. They gave use all the information we needed and we were extremely impressed so went ahead and purchased the charger with their fitting included. The information and contact we received prior to fitting was fabulous the actual chargers are amazing they look so much nicer than a standard car charger and fitted in well with our property, the fitting was easy and quickly done. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. 5 star service and the actual charger is fabulous we have the app aswell so can see how long it's taken and how much it has costed to charge the vehicle.

I bought the Andersen A2 EV charger and chose to have it installed by Andersen's in house team. From my initial interest in the product, to the installation itself, the service offered by Andersen was first class. On the day of the installation, Darrell the fitter, was excellent in communicating the various options we had. And once installed he installed the app and took us through how everything worked. A really professional and friendly experience from start to finish

Heard about the product through a friend, I rang the company and was satisfied I was getting a good product. Transaction was smooth and installation was no hassle whatsoever. Overall very happy with the product.
