We have used Andrew Jennings Electrical contractors and had work done over the last three months whilst renovating a house. When Andy and Nick initially came to assess the work to be done they were able to explain in a simple methodical manner, my limitations extend to wiring a plug only!!! Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for either of them, and he gave me prices as we went along and as web changed our decisions, added to the workload and changed other plans, this was never any trouble! Both he and Nick work exceptionally well together, the standard of work is absolutely impeccable and the materials used and supplied are all of a very very high standard. We had an immense amount of work done and they always turned up on the days they stipulated, always on time, clearly explained everything that they needed to do that day and always very clean and tidy at the end of a days work. I have absolutely full confidence in what they have achieved and once our extension is underway there is no way I would consider anyone else to complete the electrical work!! Andy and Nick provide all the information required to explain what needed to be done and offered different suggestions and solutions and with their experience it clearly worked well. They work brilliantly together and I feel very fortunate that I have met Andy as he has provided and completed some incredible standards of work which we are totally delighted with!!! Andrew is a really nice guy. He fitted a Rolec car charger and did some lighting changes. He is reliable, good at his job and goes above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Andy was quick to come round and provide a competitive quotation with recommendations on bringing our old house in line with modern-day regulations. He was able to recommend sensible remedial works and always kept me in the loop with progress and options. He is by far the best electrician we have used and him and Nick were always on time, very tidy, knowledgeable and considerate. I was recommended to Mr Jennings a couple of years ago to replace a shower pump. He was prompt and did a very good job, quickly and on budget. A few months ago i needed a bathroom rewiring job, so called on Mr Jennings. Once again he completed the job to a very high standard. We have some mains operated garden lights that kept on tripping and the fault was difficult to trace. Mr Jennings once again came as agreed found the fault and rewired/replaced that lamp and several others. I am very pleased with his work, fees and time keeping. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Andy fitted a new circuit board, led lights to bathrooms and kitchen re wired display cabinets and fitted new sockets. Over four days he worked to the highest standard gave advice on the electrics which was understandable and reassuring, was pleasant and personable and left each day having cleaned up thoroughly. He kept us informed during the work, was there when he said he would be and was on budget. We would not hesitate to recommend him and would certainly use his services again should the need arise.

We first employed Andy last year to install leds all around the house, to supply power to my new garden shed and a heater for our pergola. He proved to be courteous, extremely competent, very thorough, and generally a pleasure to have around. This is exceptional in my experience. The latest task was to install completely new consumer units and distribution boards an overdue but complicated set up. Andy completed the work on budget and on time. The proof of the pudding.....a piece of equipment short circuited at 1 o’clock last night and the new RCBOs tripped the relevant circuits immediately avoiding a potential fire from melted plastic. Highly recommended.
