Andy Gas Southern (also known as AGS or Andy Gas) is an experienced and reputable company within the gas industry. Established in 2004 excellent customer service continues to be our top priority. All our Engineers are Gas Safe registered, we specialise in the installation, repair & maintenance of natural gas, power flushing plumbing and bathroom installations. We are also qualified in residential air conditioning installation. We offer free, no obligation quotations, with no job being too small for us to undertake.

We are very happy with the Annual Vaillant gas boiler service just completed. Ryan was very efficient, helpful and polite. The boiler has been installed and serviced since 2009 by AGS. All the work done has always been very good. As always we would highly recommend AGS.

After the demise of our boiler,AGS provided a competitive tender for a replacement boiler. We were informed of the type of boiler recommended and the work required to replace the current boiler by Andy. Steve our fitter was efficient and he kept us updated on the progress of the work. The work was done with minimal loss of water and gas and we were able to use the boiler after day 1 for hot water before the system flush on day 2 All work was conducted quickly and professionally. We would recommend this company for any similar work and boiler servicing.

A problem with a 23 year old shower thermostatic mixer valve made the shower unusable but was quickly identified. A work-around has given the shower a new lease of life and for a very reasonable charge. Could not have asked for more. I have had a recent experience with British Gas and their service was not in the same league. Never again. Thanks, Chris

My boiler started to make a loud banging noise when starting after a BG service. I got AGS Ltd to look at it and their engineer did his own service and cleared the fault. I will definitely be getting AGS to do my service next year!

I had a new boiler fitted by another local firm and all was not well. I found Andy Gas from the Which? Trusted Trader list and within a few visits they had identified a number of problems, one of them being a safety issue so concerning that the system was 'At Risk' and the boiler taken out of use. I was provided with a quotation and advised of a scheme of works to rectify all the issues and in due course their Gas Service Technicians spent 2 and a half days working solidly, not only to remedy the issues but to make welcome improvements. During his visits, the manager demonstrated a thorough technical knowledge and its application to my system. The technicians were well mannered and applied themselves to the work in hand, taking care to lay dustsheets and to vacuum afterwards. They also updated the float valve with a newer Part 2 model when I asked them. On completion, I was given an explanation of what had been achieved and shown how to adjust the pressure release valve. Magnificent and reassuring service.
