Andy Gas Southern (also known as AGS or Andy Gas) is an experienced and reputable company within the gas industry. Established in 2004 excellent customer service continues to be our top priority. All our Engineers are Gas Safe registered, we specialise in the installation, repair & maintenance of natural gas, power flushing plumbing and bathroom installations. We are also qualified in residential air conditioning installation. We offer free, no obligation quotations, with no job being too small for us to undertake.

Having had AGS Southern Ltd service my combi boiler annually over 10 years I had no hesitation in getting them to replace it when it started to fail. I was given sound advice on the best system to use, that based on their experience would give the very best end-user performance and service. The replacement from start to finish took only two days. Euan supported by Bryn had the new boiler installed and working within one day and Euan completed the work the next day. He was unfailingly polite, kept me fully informed and answered all my questions. A real credit to AGS.

The team have always been very good. We use the service every year for servicing and also fitting our new boiler 2 years ago. This includes from booking the call out to finishing the work. Arriving promptly and getting the work done in good time. They are always happy to explain everything and leave the areas clean and tidy. Competitive pricing too. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had a new boiler fitted to replace a very old one (my original was behind the fireplace), from Andy gas coming out to inspect & tell me my options, I was happy with the advice given, I could have a repair or replacement, there was a lot of work involved as I was having it placed in a bedroom cupboard, from pipes to drainage etc, I was very happy with the lads, they worked quietly, tidily & were polite, I would definitely recommend this company. I have been an Andy Gas Customer for over 10 years and have always had excellent service. My boiler is serviced annually and they always send a reminder. The engineers arrive on time, tidy and professional and the price is as quoted in advance. Their Customer Service line is very helpful and will quickly send someone to investigate any possible problems or re-arrange bookings. Very reliable company.

Andy Gas installed my boiler over six years ago and they do an annual service every August. The service team have always been polite, professional and respectful of my property. Connor has done the service for the last two years. He’s been a punctual and friendly professional. A good lad!
