Andy Gas Southern (also known as AGS or Andy Gas) is an experienced and reputable company within the gas industry. Established in 2004 excellent customer service continues to be our top priority. All our Engineers are Gas Safe registered, we specialise in the installation, repair & maintenance of natural gas, power flushing plumbing and bathroom installations. We are also qualified in residential air conditioning installation. We offer free, no obligation quotations, with no job being too small for us to undertake.

The gas fitter, Jordan, arrived at a specified time and introduced himself. He was very polite and explained what he was going to do. He then proceeded to start on task and didn’t stop until it was finished. He kept everything clean and tidy. I have used AGS for many years and will keep using them in the future.

Correcting too high pressure in boiler

AGS Ltd have serviced my boiler for many years. They are thorough and absolutely reliable. Over time the pressure has been building in the boiler above the recommended level. The expansion vessel and filling loop were checked which pinpointed the need to replace the cold inlet valve/filling loop. This was replaced. The work was conducted quickly and effectively. I have no hesitation in recommending this organisation.

Excellent professional service and advice. All work carried out to a high standard and great care taken to keep mess to a minimum. Left the property clean and tidy. Not only was the boiler replaced but the system was updated to current regulations.

Annual service of electric boiler, Explained the intended works then completed the job with absolute efficiency and presented handwritten report of findings which later came through from the office as an email with the account. Really could not ask for better service.

I have used Andy Gas for a number of years to service my central heating boiler and have always been very satisfied with the service provided. Additionally , I have used them for other plumbing work from time to time. I have no reservations in recommending them, acknowledging that Andy Gas has met my expectations by providing services to me despite some logistical challenges presented in the last 2 years including rearranging appointments when necessary.

Plumber Sam arrived in the time given. Got straight onto the problem. Polite and curtious. Managed to get the heating and hot water back working until a part can be accessed and within the call out charge time. Very happy with service. A friend recommended them and I would happily do the same.

Our boiler broke down on Sunday 24th. Andy Gas would have come out the same day but we took the cheaper call out for Monday 25th. Fitter arrived before 9 am having phoned first and the job was completed before 10am. A really helpful polite and informed fitter who did a superb job. We have used Andy Gas for many years and will continue to do so. Strongly recommend for effiency and customer care. Brilliant

We have been using AGS Ltd. for many years. They have fixed leaking taps, fitted a new shower supplied from the gas boiler via the bath taps, fitted a new gas boiler and carried out regular servicing of our boilers, Their engineers and reception staff have always been helpful and polite carrying out any work efficiently and leaving the work area clean. Since starting with AGS we have never used anyone else. We have never needed to complain. I believe the rates charged are fair for me, as a customer. Having found a good company I have not found a need to change, why would we?
