With price of gas these days and although my gas boiler has not missed a beat I felt it was necessary to have the old girl serviced just to give me peace of mind. The AGS technician Ryan turned up on time was very pleasant and helpful in an unpatronising way and carried out a comprehensive service and the price seemed reasonable. Everything was all ok so I can relax for another year. I have used AGS for many years and have never had any complaints but it's always nice to know there's a man called Andy, it's his business and anyone can talk to him. I can't recommend them higher than that.

AGS replaced my internal gas supply pipe which had developed a small leak. The pipe runs under the floor for the whole length of the house so replacing it in situ would have involved ripping up flooring throughout the ground floor, including some expensive wood laminate flooring. AGS devised a solution which involved running the pipe round the skirting board and out of the rear of the property so no damage to the floors. The quote was received within an hour of the engineer leaving and was reasonable. The job itself was done quicker than expected, cleanly and professionally by a cheerful and very polite engineer. Will definitely be using AGS again.

Andy Gas did an excellent job servicing my boiler today. Rang me first to confirm time. Arrived at that time. Performed very well, and left me feeling happy.

The fitter from Andy Gas listened to the issues with the fitting of the original toilet which resulted in the cistern cracking. He checked over the new toilet carefully at my request before dismantling anything. He was careful to cover the carpet to keep everything clean and tidy. He checked I was happy with the placing of the toilet with consideration of the impact it would have on the flooring. He discussed how to make good the wall behind the cistern that was now revealed. This was more than I expected as his role was the fitting of the toilet. He was concerned about leaving everything looking good as well as working well.

Work: Replacement boiler, additional radiator, extend gas supply, power flush. I was very impressed with AGS. Jordan and his team worked so hard and were very calming by their no-fuss manner. They left the site clean and on time. They were all very polite and pleasant people to have in my house for 3 days. I most certainly recommend them.

We had problems with our boiler which were fixed by this company. Very courteous service both from office staff and from the engineer who came to fix the boiler. Clear breakdown of costs; good follow-up; and reasonable. I would recommend highly.

We chose AGS because of the reviews and we were not disappointed. From the initial visit, additional site visits before the work started the logistics, listening to what we wanted, it just gave us confidence from the start. We met Chris our bathroom fitter before he started the work and then he and his apprentice Kieran became part of the furniture for the next 4 weeks. They were courteous, respectful and we felt really comfortable having them about. The quality of work was great, Chris has a real eye for detail and goes that extra mile. Result was we have 2 great new bathrooms. Very happy. We have used AGS before for our boiler servicing and the customer care is excellent, they are coming back to do some additional work for us. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
