I had such brilliant service from the washing machine engineer who attended today. Even though the issue wasn't actually with my washing machine, he was so patient, polite and helpful and sorted the problem out anyway. I am so impressed and will definitely use Apex again.

The door seal on my washing machine had developed a leak. Appliance Experts efficiently arranged a prompt visit. The engineer, Norman, was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. In addition to replacing the seal, he helped me clean the filter, which I had been negligent about descaling. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of their service.

When our dishwasher broke down, Apex were able to send us an engineer within a couple of days, who immediately impressed us with his knowledge, quick analysis of the problem and his advice, comparing the relative advantages of repair versus replacement. This was not a hard sell, but it helped us decide on purchase of a new model through Apex. In spite of supply chain difficulties (e.g. when John Lewis and Currys had little or no stock), Apex sales section quickly identified a suitable model for us and were able to book supply and installation within a couple of weeks. The installation took a lot of effort and care because of the limited space for the integrated dishwasher, but problems were resolved with intelligence and determination and everything left clean and tidy. Throughout the whole process Apex maintained good contact with us, explaining any delays and confirming appointments, and everyone on the staff, from engineers to sales and office staff were a pleasure to deal with. All contractual terms were meticulously fulfilled on time and according to the quoted price. It was a real pleasure to find such an example of excellence in this field of business. Had my dishwasher repaired through Apex and all in all was a good experience given I bought a house with a new dishwasher which wasn't working. Apex sent over their expert, he took his time and identified what he thought was the issue, suggested that it might not be economically feasible to repair depending on the cost of the part, got the part quote back and came back with a final quote and I decided to go ahead with the full repair, he came back and spent a decent amount of time getting the dishwasher working. Service was great and easy to organize and very much appreciated that.

Some vital buttons on my Oven/microwave/grill had ceased to work after 15 years of hard use! Whereas the manufacturer could only offer an appointment at the end of the month, Apex came in a couple of days - on a Saturday. The engineer was superb - carefully and meticulously taking the machine apart until he was at the source of the problem. He then was able to realign a vital fitting so that it allowed all of the buttons to function. I wasn't sure it would ever go back together but he patiently reversed the process in a very short time and when we tested the appliance everything worked! He was cheerful and good humoured throughout the entire process. Excellent work of a type I thought had disappeared. My contacts with the office were very good too.

Very friendly, quick, non patronising and helpful service from Apex. The engineer Frank talked informatively about my machine and assessed the problem quickly. The part took a week to arrive due to the Bank Holiday but I consider the service to be really good value and painless.

Apex Appliance fixed our washing machine. Alastair and his colleague were efficient and friendly, phoning ahead to let me know they were on their way and quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem. I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Apex provided an excellent service fitting a new door seal on our washing machine. We had mistakenly purchased the wrong model but they were able to quickly resolve the issue and fit the correct one. The engineers were friendly, Covid-safe and efficient.

Apex Appliance Experts fixed my broken washer-dryer. After my initial call they sent a prompt email with a provisional quote and arranged to come the next day. Norman was very efficient and friendly and arrived on time. He observed social distancing and wore a face mask, and identified the problem and fixed it quickly - no mean feat as the kitchen is tiny and there's little room to manoeuvre. The charge was exactly as I had been quoted, and I paid by card receiving an immediate receipt by text. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
