Found Apex via Which trusted trader, saw they were recently approved so decided to try them out. I was not disappointed. My 6 year old Samsung fridge freezer developed ice at the bottom of the freezer section. I knew where the problem was (Samsung design flaw) , but did not dare to fix it myself as it needed a specialist. I contacted Apex late on Monday and got an appointment on Tuesday morning. Alastair was great, friendly and patient. He fixed the problem within an hour. After 2 weeks all is still perfect. I highly recommend Apex.

Alastair fixed my oven range which had developed a number of faults following the failure of the oven element. My cooker hob started to behave erratically - I located Alistair thru' 'checkatrade'- he answered promptly , came to look ,advised a replacement quoted for 2 models , ordered the one I requested and fitted it in the next few days. He was very pleasant, knew exactly what he had to do, and I was very pleased with the job he did.
