I reviewed the company through WHICH having been let down in the past by other work carried out by recommended companies. However I am pleased to say that the work carried out by Apex Doma was First Class and completed on budget and schedule. The Tradesmen were extremely helpful, considerate and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They arrived promptly every day- carried out the work - and left having first cleared the area. Everything was left clean and tidy. They kept me fully informed at every stage and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and would use their services again.

Had solar panels and battery fitted. Service received from beginning to end was excellent. Ian clearly outlined the proposal at survey visit and Apex expertly delivered the solution in a timely fashion. All workers polite, tidy and professional at all stages. Very happy with the installation, I would not hesitate to recommend the company, my brother has already signed up for panels and battery for himself!

We chose 5 solar panel installers at random, 3 of them didn’t even come to survey our house and did it all online/phone, far from ideal in our opinion. My wife suggested we go to Which Trusted Traders and we found Apex Doma based in Wilmslow. Adam really impressed us and answered all our questions; he wasn’t pushy or highly critical of other brands. He simply explained why they preferred to use what they did so we decided to go ahead having compared his company information to all the others. We still can’t believe the speed and efficiency of their work! After we accepted the quote, the order was ready within a week to be delivered to our house. The scaffold was erected on Friday, Adam and his team delivered the panels, battery, inverter and bits and bobs on Saturday, and the team arrived on Monday to install it, they worked from 8.30am, right through until 8.30pm and the system was up and running immediately. There were a few snagging issues which were quickly rectified and on Wednesday the scaffolding was removed, very impressive indeed! All the certification paperwork was sent through within a couple of days so we could register for our Solar Export Guarantee. I would recommend this company without hesitation, they kept us informed at all stages of the installation, and any queries we had were answered quickly, professionally and efficiently. Well done to Adam and his team for the amazing hard work, we’re already enjoying the benefits of our purchase. Thank you!

We are very pleased with the work carried out by Apex Doma. It was done very quickly (only 24 days from the proposal to completion of the work). In spite of the speed, we felt they were very thorough with all their calculations and work. We had a small problem which we didn't foresee. We have an old house (1930s build) and the drilling to install the inverter caused a small disturbance to our hall decoration. Apex Doma offered to sort this problem out, but we did it ourselves and it was not a game changer. For others it may be worth asking about alternative ways of installing the inverter. I deliberately left space between completion of the work and writing this review because I wanted to see how the system performed over time. I am pleased to say our electricity bills have dropped dramatically. Computer software (Givenergy) is supplied as part of the package, along with a video about how to make best use of it. I feel I have understood this, and I have experimented a bit. I may still need help to be able to use the full functionality of the phone app, but I will feel comfortable to ask Apex Doma about this.

Following the review of the plethora of offers for PV on the market - I was sure impressed with ApexDoma. From the moment of the first visit - all the way through to the completion of the work - the team has been fantastic! A friendly, approachable and sound working team which I can only highly recommend. The installation was technically tricky - but there was always a solution and the dreaded"we cannot do that" was never heard! They were never short of taking time to explain things again when needed. More so - since installation - the troubleshooting with ApexDoma has been superb! To no fault of their work or installation (very important to mention!) - some issues with the battery system and others following the energy company making a mistake when installing my smart meter - it was ApexDoma and their team who were at hand to firstly calm down nerves, help, advise and send a member of the team round to rectify all of the above. So I am a happy solar panel customer and cannot wait for the weather to improve now! Top marks for all of you guys - from the office team, the roofers, the electricians and the CEOs! I truly feel in good hands here! THANK YOU

I just needed a utility room light refitting after some work completed on my house. I called and was assigned a day on which an electrician would come and give me a quote a few days later. Very polite and friendly on the phone. The electrician arrived and after completing a fault finding exercise, he decided to complete the work there and then rather than issue a quote and come back a week later to carry it out. It took him no more than 10 minutes to fit. Lovely chap, who explained exactly what he was doing throughout as well as giving me the price prior to completing the work. Not the cheapest, but by no means the most expensive and given the customer service and aftercare I will definitely be using AD again. Highly recommended.

Easy to book, arrived on time, jobs well done, very valuable explanation of work done and results, and all at a competitive price.
