I had some electrical renovation, lighting and exterior work performed in late June 2021. I am very happy with the work so far and am having the house decorated by this team soon. This team is very busy but always seems to have time for detail, there was a thorough discussion prior to working which commenced and finished as planned. Apex Doma have fitted both an EV charger and solar panels with a battery to our property. They were efficient and reliable with excellent communication. They gave honest advice when they visited for a quote and completed the job on budget. We had a small issue with the system after they had finished but this was quickly rectified without delay. We had a previous solar install that fell through with another provider due to an inadequate initial structural survey, however Ian at Apex went through all the options and provided detailed information every step of the way, taking my concerns and the outcome of the previous install into account. They provide detailed documentation on the process they take, all the checks they've made and provide a useful video explaining all the paperwork at each step in the journey. Along with this whenever I had a question they were always able to explain things, along with admitting when they didn't know but always went away and found out. The install went as scheduled and completed to a good standard. There were a couple of snags but these were rectified quickly and without fuss. There was also some issues with the software that came with the battery but Apex Doma worked with both myself and the supplier to get these rectified in an efficient manner. I'd highly recommend Apex Doma for both solar and battery installs.

A few months ago we sought advice on improving the lighting in our kitchen. Ian called and discussed our requirements and provided a recommendation and a quote which we accepted. The work was carried out as agreed and on time and we are delighted with the result. We therefore asked for a further quote for additional work in the lounge and garage. Again it was all done very professionally on time. Their administration and control systems are brilliant and far superior to any we have previously experienced elsewhere. Their services are highly recommended.

The team were excellent from start to finish and extremely knowledgeable. They were polite and friendly and communication was very good and were able to start the job earlier than the date given. They arrived promptly and worked throughout the day and beyond every through the sleet and completed the job quickly and efficiently with no issues. The explanation at the end on how to use the equipment to gain the best results was clear and precise. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and would definitely use again if required.

I recently had 12 Solar panels (a full roof!), battery system and invertor system fitted by Apex Doma and I've got to say that they were polite, tidy, helpful and a pleasure to have working on my property. Everything was explained to me whenever I had a question regarding the installation. Ian was fantastic in the first instance, coming round and explaining the process and it was great to see the other partner of Apex Doma call round to make sure that the installation the going to plan. Liam and Charlie were polite, helpful and made very as little noise/disturbance as they possibly could during the installation of the panels and the Electricians/Techs (Joe,Matt and Sam) were cracking lads (don't be put off by their youthful looks) they were super helpful, tidied up after themselves and answered all my (daft) questions. I'd definitely recommend Apex Doma to anyone wanting a Solar system fitted by a trusted, honest, upfront & local company. What I liked most about this company was the fact they broke up the quote to a per job scenario. This allowed me to schedule the jobs and know how to proceed. The work they did was ace and did a few extra things and did not charge me. They are a keeper.

The engineer arrived when promised and tidied up after himself when the job was completed. There was a small problem with the installation, but this was corrected without any fuss.
