Following the review of the plethora of offers for PV on the market - I was sure impressed with ApexDoma. From the moment of the first visit - all the way through to the completion of the work - the team has been fantastic! A friendly, approachable and sound working team which I can only highly recommend. The installation was technically tricky - but there was always a solution and the dreaded"we cannot do that" was never heard! They were never short of taking time to explain things again when needed. More so - since installation - the troubleshooting with ApexDoma has been superb! To no fault of their work or installation (very important to mention!) - some issues with the battery system and others following the energy company making a mistake when installing my smart meter - it was ApexDoma and their team who were at hand to firstly calm down nerves, help, advise and send a member of the team round to rectify all of the above. So I am a happy solar panel customer and cannot wait for the weather to improve now! Top marks for all of you guys - from the office team, the roofers, the electricians and the CEOs! I can highly recommend Apex Doma, who have just installed solar panels and battery storage at my home. I had an initial phone consultation with Ian then a home visit to go into more detail and look at the site. I was very impressed with the way that Ian approached things from an engineering point of view to calculate the most appropriate number of panels and size of battery that would meet my needs, within a budget that was manageable. Having a bespoke solution was very reassuring, along with the long guarantee periods. The installation took a couple of days and the team – Liam, Charlie, Sam and Matt - were all very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything to me as they went along, and leaving the site tidy at the end of each visit. Adam kept a careful oversight of the whole project and Jenny in the office dealt with my queries efficiently. The team quickly carried out all the necessary follow-up to obtain the relevant documents needed for me to be able to export electricity to the grid. They also sent me a helpful set of videos, explaining all the handover information and outlined several options for solar tariffs. I really liked the enthusiasm of Apex Doma for wanting to work towards a greener future with sustainable energy. It contributed to how much care they took over the work at my house, supporting me in the move to getting the best out of my solar panels and battery. I recently had 12 Solar panels (a full roof!), battery system and invertor system fitted by Apex Doma and I've got to say that they were polite, tidy, helpful and a pleasure to have working on my property. Everything was explained to me whenever I had a question regarding the installation. Ian was fantastic in the first instance, coming round and explaining the process and it was great to see the other partner of Apex Doma call round to make sure that the installation the going to plan. Liam and Charlie were polite, helpful and made very as little noise/disturbance as they possibly could during the installation of the panels and the Electricians/Techs (Joe,Matt and Sam) were cracking lads (don't be put off by their youthful looks) they were super helpful, tidied up after themselves and answered all my (daft) questions. I'd definitely recommend Apex Doma to anyone wanting a Solar system fitted by a trusted, honest, upfront & local company. After considering a number of quotes I chose Apex Doma to install our solar and battery system. The quote was competitive, but the deciding factor was the level of detail and knowledge that Ian showed at the site survey. He took the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly followed up various structural and specification queries. I also appreciated the demo of the app / management software, it was useful to help me understand the full benefits of the system, and particularly the impact of the battery storage. I hadn't initially appreciated the difference the combination of storage and electricity tariff makes, particularly during the winter months when solar generation is lower. After agreeing to the quote, the work was completed approximately a month later. The project was well managed from start to finish, with little involvement required from myself. The install team were personable and professional, the work was completed to a high standard and everything left clean and tidy afterwards. After the install was finished all the required paperwork was swiftly completed as well, most of this is taken care of by Apex Doma, but they also give guidance on how to fill in the bits I needed to do (e.g. with the energy company to apply for the export tariff). After the work was signed off as complete there were a couple of minor issues I noted. Apex quickly dealt with these and I am now 100% happy with the system. Thanks to Ian, Adam and the team. Have been very pleased with our choice of Apex Doma to install solar panels for us. They were the easiest of the local Which Trusted installers to get an appointment with, were very flexible on appointment times and then listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and then quoted for systems that were suitable for our needs. We were very impressed by the transparency of what they were recommending, what it comprised, what it would do for us, how quickly it might pay back and what assumptions they had made in calculating this. When we had chosen to go with them and decided on what we wanted, they were very quick to arrange the installation. Everything was installed on one day, the panels and inverter look good and seem to be working well. Their quote wasn't the cheapest, but it felt as if their customer service was the best and we think we have got the high-quality installation we were hoping for. When we want to add a battery in the future, we will be contacting them again.

We are very pleased with the work carried out by Apex Doma. It was done very quickly (only 24 days from the proposal to completion of the work). In spite of the speed, we felt they were very thorough with all their calculations and work. We had a small problem which we didn't foresee. We have an old house (1930s build) and the drilling to install the inverter caused a small disturbance to our hall decoration. Apex Doma offered to sort this problem out, but we did it ourselves and it was not a game changer. For others it may be worth asking about alternative ways of installing the inverter. I deliberately left space between completion of the work and writing this review because I wanted to see how the system performed over time. I am pleased to say our electricity bills have dropped dramatically. Computer software (Givenergy) is supplied as part of the package, along with a video about how to make best use of it. I feel I have understood this, and I have experimented a bit. I may still need help to be able to use the full functionality of the phone app, but I will feel comfortable to ask Apex Doma about this.

We chose 5 solar panel installers at random, 3 of them didn’t even come to survey our house and did it all online/phone, far from ideal in our opinion. My wife suggested we go to Which Trusted Traders and we found Apex Doma based in Wilmslow. Adam really impressed us and answered all our questions; he wasn’t pushy or highly critical of other brands. He simply explained why they preferred to use what they did so we decided to go ahead having compared his company information to all the others. We still can’t believe the speed and efficiency of their work! After we accepted the quote, the order was ready within a week to be delivered to our house. The scaffold was erected on Friday, Adam and his team delivered the panels, battery, inverter and bits and bobs on Saturday, and the team arrived on Monday to install it, they worked from 8.30am, right through until 8.30pm and the system was up and running immediately. There were a few snagging issues which were quickly rectified and on Wednesday the scaffolding was removed, very impressive indeed! All the certification paperwork was sent through within a couple of days so we could register for our Solar Export Guarantee. I would recommend this company without hesitation, they kept us informed at all stages of the installation, and any queries we had were answered quickly, professionally and efficiently. Well done to Adam and his team for the amazing hard work, we’re already enjoying the benefits of our purchase. Thank you!

We had a previous solar install that fell through with another provider due to an inadequate initial structural survey, however Ian at Apex went through all the options and provided detailed information every step of the way, taking my concerns and the outcome of the previous install into account. They provide detailed documentation on the process they take, all the checks they've made and provide a useful video explaining all the paperwork at each step in the journey. Along with this whenever I had a question they were always able to explain things, along with admitting when they didn't know but always went away and found out. The install went as scheduled and completed to a good standard. There were a couple of snags but these were rectified quickly and without fuss. There was also some issues with the software that came with the battery but Apex Doma worked with both myself and the supplier to get these rectified in an efficient manner. I'd highly recommend Apex Doma for both solar and battery installs.

Had solar panels and battery fitted. Service received from beginning to end was excellent. Ian clearly outlined the proposal at survey visit and Apex expertly delivered the solution in a timely fashion. All workers polite, tidy and professional at all stages. Very happy with the installation, I would not hesitate to recommend the company, my brother has already signed up for panels and battery for himself!

The team were excellent from start to finish and extremely knowledgeable. They were polite and friendly and communication was very good and were able to start the job earlier than the date given. They arrived promptly and worked throughout the day and beyond every through the sleet and completed the job quickly and efficiently with no issues. The explanation at the end on how to use the equipment to gain the best results was clear and precise. Apex Doma have fitted both an EV charger and solar panels with a battery to our property. They were efficient and reliable with excellent communication. They gave honest advice when they visited for a quote and completed the job on budget. We had a small issue with the system after they had finished but this was quickly rectified without delay. We have used Apex Doma before; they are a reliable company with a skilled team. Ian came promptly and solved our worrying fusebox problem. The fault was found and sorted in a couple of hours. I reviewed the company through WHICH having been let down in the past by other work carried out by recommended companies. However I am pleased to say that the work carried out by Apex Doma was First Class and completed on budget and schedule. The Tradesmen were extremely helpful, considerate and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They arrived promptly every day- carried out the work - and left having first cleared the area. Everything was left clean and tidy. They kept me fully informed at every stage and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone and would use their services again.

The engineer arrived when promised and tidied up after himself when the job was completed. There was a small problem with the installation, but this was corrected without any fuss.

We were referred to Apex Doma by a friend when we needed some electrical work doing. I contacted them by telephone and they promptly replied and we arranged for Ian to come and take a look and advise on what was required to solve the problem and to quote to fit a new security light and replace two noisy bathroom extractor fans. They quoted with in two days and we paid the required deposit the same day i think and they told us that two of their technicians would arrive on the 26th January to do the job. We had been suffering for a few years with a build up of earth leakage leading to fairly frequent tripping of the main fuse once the build up went higher than 30 amps. They advised fitting a new and improved fuse box so that individual circuits would trip out rather than the whole board. They duly arrived at the appointed hour on the appointed day and completed the work quickly and efficiently without leaving a mess. The two technicians that arrived were polite, friendly and didn't stop working until the job was complete in a quicker time than expected. Ian came back to check on a problem caused by me - I had tidied up some wires but put them back incorrectly and my car wouldn't charge! He found the problem and put it right. I would wholeheartedly recommend Apex Doma to anybody. I gather that they do not just provide electrical services and have asked them to quote for some joinery we would like doing - I am sure that they will be just as good as our first experience.

Sam Morgan came out from Apex Doma to fit an-extra socket in my sons bedroom. What a professional, friendly lovely electrician. Work was spot on and he cleaned up after. I would highly recommend Apex Doma and will definitely use them again. One very happy customer. Thank you!

Initial assessment carried out and clear pricing quoted and charged. Full site survey conducted for electrical certification, pragmatic approach and very thorough. Remedial work recommended and comprehensive explanation given at every stage. Quality materials used and at competitive prices. Never oversold and only essential / agreed work carried out. What sets AD apart from their competition is the customer service, automation and you’re always kept informed with appointments and progress. Highly recommend for both comprehensive commercial work and domestic work too. We were given lots of advice and were supported by AD following a site fire - they offered to be a point of contact and provided professional reports at no additional cost. Their employees are all polite and courteous and have great customer service too.

What I liked most about this company was the fact they broke up the quote to a per job scenario. This allowed me to schedule the jobs and know how to proceed. The work they did was ace and did a few extra things and did not charge me. They are a keeper.

A few months ago we sought advice on improving the lighting in our kitchen. Ian called and discussed our requirements and provided a recommendation and a quote which we accepted. The work was carried out as agreed and on time and we are delighted with the result. We therefore asked for a further quote for additional work in the lounge and garage. Again it was all done very professionally on time. Their administration and control systems are brilliant and far superior to any we have previously experienced elsewhere. Their services are highly recommended.

I had some electrical renovation, lighting and exterior work performed in late June 2021. I am very happy with the work so far and am having the house decorated by this team soon. This team is very busy but always seems to have time for detail, there was a thorough discussion prior to working which commenced and finished as planned. We have used AD electrical on a number of occasions and would not go anywhere else. Great service and tidy. Ian came round to quote and then Adam and Sam came to do the installation of new outside lights and security cameras. They have a great system that emails and texts you of booking times, reminders and then even lets you know when they are en-route. Great company.

I just needed a utility room light refitting after some work completed on my house. I called and was assigned a day on which an electrician would come and give me a quote a few days later. Very polite and friendly on the phone. The electrician arrived and after completing a fault finding exercise, he decided to complete the work there and then rather than issue a quote and come back a week later to carry it out. It took him no more than 10 minutes to fit. Lovely chap, who explained exactly what he was doing throughout as well as giving me the price prior to completing the work. Not the cheapest, but by no means the most expensive and given the customer service and aftercare I will definitely be using AD again. Highly recommended.

Ian was a great help, he instructed me over the phone with how to disable my alarm so he wouldn't have to send anyone out. He was patient and friendly and I'll definitely be calling him again for any issues I have! Thanks Ian!

A D Electrical were recommended to us by a neighbour - we had a couple of jobs to be done - a few small household ones and a bigger job outside. They responded quickly to the request for a quote, turned up on time, the jobs came in on budget and tidied up after themselves. They even returned to 'fix' a small problem (that embarrassingly ended up being our mistake - oops!). These lovely guys are now our 'go to' electricians and we highly recommend them!
