We have used AD electrical on a number of occasions and would not go anywhere else. Great service and tidy. Ian came round to quote and then Adam and Sam came to do the installation of new outside lights and security cameras. They have a great system that emails and texts you of booking times, reminders and then even lets you know when they are en-route. Great company.

Carried out the work efficiently and with minimum disruption to me, also happy to discuss technical options and gave me useful information to help to decide what was needed I'd use Apex Doma again for any future work.

Have been very pleased with our choice of Apex Doma to install solar panels for us. They were the easiest of the local Which Trusted installers to get an appointment with, were very flexible on appointment times and then listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and then quoted for systems that were suitable for our needs. We were very impressed by the transparency of what they were recommending, what it comprised, what it would do for us, how quickly it might pay back and what assumptions they had made in calculating this. When we had chosen to go with them and decided on what we wanted, they were very quick to arrange the installation. Everything was installed on one day, the panels and inverter look good and seem to be working well. Their quote wasn't the cheapest, but it felt as if their customer service was the best and we think we have got the high-quality installation we were hoping for. When we want to add a battery in the future, we will be contacting them again.

I can highly recommend Apex Doma, who have just installed solar panels and battery storage at my home. I had an initial phone consultation with Ian then a home visit to go into more detail and look at the site. I was very impressed with the way that Ian approached things from an engineering point of view to calculate the most appropriate number of panels and size of battery that would meet my needs, within a budget that was manageable. Having a bespoke solution was very reassuring, along with the long guarantee periods. The installation took a couple of days and the team – Liam, Charlie, Sam and Matt - were all very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything to me as they went along, and leaving the site tidy at the end of each visit. Adam kept a careful oversight of the whole project and Jenny in the office dealt with my queries efficiently. The team quickly carried out all the necessary follow-up to obtain the relevant documents needed for me to be able to export electricity to the grid. They also sent me a helpful set of videos, explaining all the handover information and outlined several options for solar tariffs. I really liked the enthusiasm of Apex Doma for wanting to work towards a greener future with sustainable energy. It contributed to how much care they took over the work at my house, supporting me in the move to getting the best out of my solar panels and battery. Initial assessment carried out and clear pricing quoted and charged. Full site survey conducted for electrical certification, pragmatic approach and very thorough. Remedial work recommended and comprehensive explanation given at every stage. Quality materials used and at competitive prices. Never oversold and only essential / agreed work carried out. What sets AD apart from their competition is the customer service, automation and you’re always kept informed with appointments and progress. Highly recommend for both comprehensive commercial work and domestic work too. We were given lots of advice and were supported by AD following a site fire - they offered to be a point of contact and provided professional reports at no additional cost. Their employees are all polite and courteous and have great customer service too.
