Welcome to APG Domestic Services Ltd. We have been providing reliable heating, plumbing and electrical services for over 22 years for customers in Lancashire.

We are proud that our customers regularly tell us that we are a reliable and trustworthy company.

Our business has been built on recommendations. It’s the reason that we now have a team of 27 employees all trained to the highest standards. This means we are always able to give priority to emergency calls. Although to us, every call is a priority.

Phoned up with a central heating system not heating the downstairs radiators. Luckily they had a slot the very next day. The engineer came, diagnosed the problem, fitted a new valve actuator and had heat in the house within 15 minutes....all while also diagnosing another problem with an engineer on another job. Quite impressive!

My boiler went into error mode, leaving us without heating or hot water. APG sent someone the same day, and diagnosed a blocked condensate pipe ( not frozen). He returned within the hour with the tools to clear the blockage. The boiler is working and very grateful. I find APG to be very professional. It is easy to contact them as your call goes through to the office. Courteous, friendly staff book you in and they always turn up when agreed.

Boiler Replacement

From making an appointment to arrange a quotation, to the completion of the installation of our new boiler, we were totally impressed with the professional and friendly manner APG conducted the installation. They replaced a 35 year old Baxi System wall mounted boiler in our kitchen, with a Worcester Bosch Combi into our airing cupboard. Harry and George were absolutely brilliant throughout the two days of the installation and were very diligent in all aspects of their work. Chris who provided our quotation was excellent in arranging our installation date and being present at the end to answer any questions and help with setting up the wireless thermostat, etc. Many thanks to everyone at APG for making our boiler replacement a seamless experience.

The boiler and gas fire service was completed thoroughly and efficiently by a polite and friendly engineer who fielded questions and advised most helpfully. I have used APG for several years and each time been impressed (after a few previous plumber disasters!!). Highly recommend
