Welcome to APG Domestic Services Ltd. We have been providing reliable heating, plumbing and electrical services for over 22 years for customers in Lancashire.

We are proud that our customers regularly tell us that we are a reliable and trustworthy company.

Our business has been built on recommendations. It’s the reason that we now have a team of 27 employees all trained to the highest standards. This means we are always able to give priority to emergency calls. Although to us, every call is a priority.

Came to service my central heating boiler. He arrived on time was very professional and polite. He went through everything with me and suggested it needed a new filter but would only fit it if I agreed on the price. An absolute pleasure to deal with this company. Highly Recommended.

We can't thank APG enough for the work they have carried out at our home. A new boiler was installed and the heating system altered, ( a complicated job in our eyes but not to the team at APG ) plus and thanks to Barry's expert advice we also had new radiators fitted which unaware to us would have needed replacing imminently. Our 40+-year-old heating system has been completely updated. The whole team at APG gave 5-star treatment from start to finish and we can't praise Barry and Cain enough for their part in all this. They truly are a credit to the company. Thank you once again

We had an electric boiler that had been fitted when the house was built almost 50 years ago. This had failed, so we contacted APG to see if they could do anything. Christian visited and told us it was beyond repair and advised options for re-gas and electricity. He further advised that we would need Electricity Northwest to upgrade the power supply, and was on-site when they arrived! There turned out to be meter issues which meant that the job could not be completed until this was resolved and they had to return 3 weeks later. They did not charge any extra for this and didn’t ask for any payment until the job was completed. At one point we had 6 members of APG staff ( gas fitters and electricians) Even when a member of the team had to leave suddenly, they brought in additional staff to prevent delay. The work itself was done to an extremely high standard, the staff all seemed very happy in their work (a rarity these days and this says a lot about the management of the company Happy staff, happy customers). We were involved in all of the decisions and all of the team were considerate and tidy! We have no hesitation in recommending them for any and all gas or electrical work! We would not use any other supplier in the future.

The engineer arrived on time and did a very thorough job of servicing my gas fire. The price was reasonable too. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had some rather complicated lighting system faults and following a couple of visits and returns of the faulty equipment to the manufacturer it has been resolved. This was good work by Christian and Nina back at the office. All friendly and happy to recommend APG.

Major change to Central Heating and Hotwater System by two Brilliant engineers.

When it comes to changing the heating system in a house and the work involved, many people simply dread the thought of the disruption and mess generated. This proved not to be the case when APG Domestic Services asked two of their engineers Barry and Caine to undertake the work. DAY.1.All carpets are covered with plastic sheeting. Loft piping completely removed. DAY.2.New boiler and high-pressure tank, piping, and electrics configured and so much more. DAY.3.NEW SYSTEM Commissioned. The old heating system was decommissioned. All this work and much more undertaken in temperatures of 32-35c. The two engineers really deserve a real thanks and are a credit to APG. Finally, we can truly highly recommend APG and its engineers.

We moved into a house where the boiler had been serviced in the previous 7 years by APG. We decided to carry on with the annual service. I phoned to make a booking, they answered quickly and took the necessary details and booked me in. Quoted a reasonable price for the service, and that's exactly what I paid. The engineer turned up on time and was friendly. He didn't make any mess and filled in the service book with details of what he'd done. I received an email with the invoice and details that the boiler had passed its service. All in all, this was a really good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them. They seem very genuine especially where money is concerned - the price quoted is what I paid and everything was without fuss. I wish more companies were like this!

New boiler fitted as quoted. The whole experience was positive from first enquiry to completion of the work. All tradesmen were polite, professional and provided lots of information with positive communication. They turned up on time and did exactly what they said they would do and completed the job in a timely fashion. Took away all the old parts and left the property clean and tidy. Howard, who is the installations manager at APG, came to make an initial visit with the bathroom supplier, The Original Bathroom Company. Between them they worked out a rough plan of what would be involved. They both seemed extremely knowledgeable and understood our needs. A short time later after our choices were noted, the final plan was drawn up and approved by us so all that was left was the waiting for start dates. Eventually, our two-week time slot arrived. When the day came, the APG fitters, Rick and Carl, arrived promptly and set to work. They completed the work in the two weeks allotted and throughout we were impressed by the quality of the work and their skills and expertise. They were also great chaps to have around. This is the stand-out point of APG - you can expect attention to detail and professional knowledge. Whether it be the quality of the flooring, solutions to plumbing problems, laying of tiles or whatever, we found the result to be perfect. We are delighted with the result and have found no problems whatsoever, not even any "snags" which required attention. On one occasion, the fitter Carl, pointed out a flaw in the en-suite mirror and rang the supplier to inform them that it needed replacing. The flaw was so minor I think we might hardly have noticed it. During the installation Howard and the supplier visited to see how work was progressing. We can thoroughly recommend this firm. 5-star service
