Welcome to APG Domestic Services Ltd. We have been providing reliable heating, plumbing and electrical services for over 22 years for customers in Lancashire.

We are proud that our customers regularly tell us that we are a reliable and trustworthy company.

Our business has been built on recommendations. It’s the reason that we now have a team of 27 employees all trained to the highest standards. This means we are always able to give priority to emergency calls. Although to us, every call is a priority.

Excellent company to deal with. Work was carried out quickly and to a high standard and the plumber was both courteous and tidy. Already use APG for my central heating service and would not hesitate to use for any plumbing or electrical work.

APG carried out my boiler service. Arrived promptly, discussed any issues I had with the boiler and advised me accordingly. Did the service and matters relating to it, and explained everything to me afterwards. I have used APG on several occasions. They are a great company. I would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent value for money but the main thing was the care and attention to detail with what was a variety of small electrical installations, none of which were a problem to them and all of which were done very well. Good people to have in your home.

The immersion heater wasn't working and APG were able to inspect the fault and find a new part very quickly the same day. Without doubt highly efficient and helpful electricians.

APG I found to be a very good company to deal with. We had new light fittings installed inside and external, new shower, fan. All work completed to high standard the electrician and plumber were both very pleasant and completed the work to a high standard. Thank you APG.

Fantastic service, Boiler stopped working, came out same day, repaired and working within 24 hours, 2 new parts fitted cost just over £100 including Vat. Absolutely delighted. 2 other companies contacted and didn't even get a response.

APG installed a new boiler for me 2 years ago and have serviced it since then. Their reception staff are helpful and friendly and I have always found their engineers to be professional and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Boiler Service / Gas leak

Could smell gas under my floor boards. Called APG having never used them before. Also wanted an annual service on my boiler. The gas fitter Nathan arrived within 2 hours, very impressed. Nathan repaired the gas leak in which he had to crawl under the floor boards to gain access. He was so polite and nothing was too much trouble for him. Then he decided to carry out the service on my boiler whilst he was here. I would call that first class service. I received there invoice today and was pleasantly surprised how reasonable it was. I would most certainly recommend APG and use them again. Well done Nathan!!!

I always use these guys. They always come round as soon as they can. Whoever it is, is always really pleasant and explains things easily (even to an idiot like me). The fact it's a different person every time but they are all so brilliant says a lot about the culture of the company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend such reasonably priced quality.

3 Days From Start to Finish

From phoning Mel at 0900 on Monday 22nd September, 2021, to enquiring about a plumber to come and advise about what to do about a cracked cistern, to fitting a new toilet and cistern by 1600 on Wednesday 24th September, 2021, I was very impressed with their effectiveness and efficiency. After the initial visit on the Wednesday morning I received a phone call within a few hours with several quotes. After accepting one of the quotes another plumber arrived within the hour to do the job. I have used this firm before to service my boiler and have no hesitation in recommending them. The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars for quality and value is because the system didn't fit flush to the wall and I had to do a bit of joinery to remedy this. As for value I didn't get any more quotes to make a comparison but that was my fault not APG's.
