Welcome to APG Domestic Services Ltd. We have been providing reliable heating, plumbing and electrical services for over 22 years for customers in Lancashire.

We are proud that our customers regularly tell us that we are a reliable and trustworthy company.

Our business has been built on recommendations. It’s the reason that we now have a team of 27 employees all trained to the highest standards. This means we are always able to give priority to emergency calls. Although to us, every call is a priority.

This time, we needed a qualified electrician to fit a replacement cooker hob. We contacted APG, as we knew their standard of work and we trusted them. They sent an electrician in to assess the job, and to confirm that the rating was suitable. I received a quote and arranged an appointment to fit. Two electricians came, on time and were polite, well-presented, efficient and extremely careful and methodical in their work, ensuring surfaces were covered. They checked the operation of the hob, and made sure we were happy before they left. We asked about paying, and they explained we would receive an invoice in the next few days, and told us how to make payment!

Found this company through recommendation and reviews on this website. Our first experience with them, but easy to see why they are a Which Trust Trader. From our first contact, through to completion of work the company has been excellent. Chris came as arranged to talk through options and advise us about the 7 (very old) radiators we wished to replace. We were sent a detailed quote for the work the next day, which we accepted and a date was fixed. On the day, James arrived as arranged and was absolutely brilliant, completing the work efficiently and carefully. Everything was left tidy and he explained everything on completion and also tested the system to ensure everything was working. He was supported by other members of the team when necessary. It all happened like clockwork! this was the first time we have used this company, but we would certainly be happy to use them again and recommend them to others as well.

Having dealt with APG for a number of years, having fitted new boilers to both mine & my parents properties, it was time to service my parents boiler. I arranged with Customer Services for an appointment 9am - 12noon. The engineer duly arrived around half nine, very politely mannered & calm. Explained the procedure & with great efficiency carried out the service. No mess, no clearing up after him & on his way with a cheery goodbye. Excellent service from start to finished.

Following our boiler breakdown a plumber arrived within 4 hours of ringing APG, unheard of these days. The plumber was excellent, diagnosed the problem in minutes and fixed it within 30 minutes. No pressure to upgrade or buy a service contract. A credit to the firm.

Yet another excellent piece of work by APG. They have done plumbing and electrical work for me over the last three years and have always been excellent. The office staff are very obliging and willingly sort any issues. The technicians are highly proficient and professional. As Always - First Class Service from APG.
We've been with APG for years, wouldn't go anywhere else. The Central Heating boiler stopped working. They squeezed a visit in the same day between calls to have a look and assess. The engineer was brilliant, pleasant and so helpful. Fixed the fault in no time, job done. Hard to imagine a better level of service

Contacted APG regarding a boiler service after none of the traders I'd contacted via the Worcester Bosch website replied. Booking dealt with efficiently, engineer was prompt, polite and checked things during the service that no other gas engineer has bothered with in my 20 years as a homeowner. Would definitely use APG again.

I had a radiator to be fitted which I had purchased. I called APG and an engineer came out and assessed the work and the radiator was fitted shortly afterwards. The engineer who fit the radiator was a credit to the company. He discussed the best way to fit the radiator with me, was polite and hard working and made sure the room was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend APG and will certainly use them in future
