Welcome to APG Domestic Services Ltd. We have been providing reliable heating, plumbing and electrical services for over 22 years for customers in Lancashire.

We are proud that our customers regularly tell us that we are a reliable and trustworthy company.

Our business has been built on recommendations. It’s the reason that we now have a team of 27 employees all trained to the highest standards. This means we are always able to give priority to emergency calls. Although to us, every call is a priority.

Our aim is to be a company who are a pleasure to deal with, and as part of this we are constantly looking for ways to improve our Customer Service

I cannot recommend this company enough. All of the Team from the MD, installers, electrician, apprentice and admin staff (in no particular order of efficiency!) have been first class. They are prompt, pleasant, did a fabulous job and cleaned up after themselves, leaving my home in perfect order. Having had quite major work done in other properties in the past I was a little apprehensive, but had absolutely no reason to worry. Many thanks to Dave (installer) and Carl for their excellent work.

I received a call at 1:15pm on New Years Day from an engineer called Dave to ensure that I would have my new boiler installed on 2nd Jan. He would be at my home at 8:20-8:30am to start. He arrived on time and never stopped work until leaving at 5:15pm. Job complete and exceedingly well done - thank you.

A new unventilated hot water storage tank was poorly/wrongly installed in August 2017 by another heating engineer and resulting in hot water twice a day per one hour and intermittent heating. By November 2017 we had no hot water and no heating. Were advised that a new boiler was required. Approached APG, visited to inspect installation of hot water storage tank. Within five days, a new boiler was installed and the earlier one of hot water storage tank corrected. We now have unlimited hot water and heating timed on demand. APG's action was prompt, efficient and professional everything properly commissioned and operational activity fully explained.
