Welcome to APG Domestic Services Ltd. We have been providing reliable heating, plumbing and electrical services for over 22 years for customers in Lancashire.

We are proud that our customers regularly tell us that we are a reliable and trustworthy company.

Our business has been built on recommendations. It’s the reason that we now have a team of 27 employees all trained to the highest standards. This means we are always able to give priority to emergency calls. Although to us, every call is a priority.

No heating or hot water just before Christmas, disaster! APG came out to us on the same day, and resolved the issue within 20 minutes. Muz was very polite and respectful of the property and soon found the leaking air valve, removed it, capped the pipe and explained why it was leaking, and how it wasn't needed due to modern boilers having integral valves. He did not leave until the heating and water were tested and everything was ok.

Being told on holiday we had a burst water pipe that a neighbour had managed to turn off we contacted APG to perform a repair so we had water when we got home. They came out, found the problem and performed the repair very promptly, timed to fit in with our needs and at an amazing price for an emergency call out. I can’t thank them enough for the service they provided and will now be my go to service provider for all plumbing and central heating needs

Boiler not working

I have used APG in the past to service my boiler so when it wasn't working this week I called them out. Last Friday they came and sorted it out and then again with a different problem on Thursday which turned out to be a frozen pipe. On both occasions, I had the same engineer and he was very polite and efficient and had my heat back on and working. I would certainly recommend this company they answer the phone quickly and you are talking to a person instead of having to press several numbers before you can talk to someone. Thank you for keeping me warm this week.

1st rate customer service from both the service desk and the engineer. I booked a boiler service and asked for them to look at a leaky radiator. The engineer was excellent, he was informative and honest in his appraisal. He never looked to up-sell me on anything. On the back of the work carried out today I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will certainly use them again myself.

New boiler and shower

The team were very helpful to me from the beginning, informing me what was available and helping me make the right decision to the work being carried out which involved removing the water tank in the attic and the water tank in the cistern cupboard to fitting a new condensing boiler together with a new shower. I would like to thank Harry and his apprentice George and also Les for completing, which was for me such a difficult job, in a very efficient and organised way. I would definitely recommend APG. Many thanks my home is now lovely warm and comfortable.

Replacement boiler

Our boiler gave up the ghost at weekend. I completed on- line form and was contacted on Monday morning. Quote received on Tuesday. New boiler installed and working by Saturday lunchtime. All staff friendly, helpful and as far as I can tell efficient and competent. Thoroughly recommended.

Engineer, Darren, arrived as per the appointment to replace my combi boiler. He was friendly, polite and professional throughout. Did the job in a day. When finished, he explained all the controls in detail. Left my property clean and tidy and took all the old parts away. Would highly recommend this company.

Just had my bungalow rewired and the two gentleman were extremely polite and helpful and couldn’t do enough even though the job turned out to be a lot harder than first thought. I just had a couple of small issues and they came out and sorted it straight away, would not hesitate to recommend them.

The fan on my boiler (used to purge the exhaust gases was identified as having reached the end of its life - bearings very noisy) and arrangement was made to have it replaced. On the date arranged the APG engineer arrived on time and proceeded to replace the fan. This was done without any problem and the boiler was returned to service on what was one of the coldest days this year so far. APG are always very efficient and very tidy whenever they do any work for me. My only problem with recommending them is that I hope they don't get too busy and unable to attend to me when I need their services,
