Steven came to resolve some gas pipework issues for us. Really pleasant guy, cracked on with the job as soon as he arrived and got it finished as quickly as possible. The conditions were not ideal, cold with rain and snow, pretty horrible, especially when trying to solder, but that didn't slow him down. And got the problem solved.

I'd not used APG before. I booked an appointment and APG gave me 1hour notice prior to arrival. Luke was very quick to diagnose the fault. He replaced the Synchronous Motor on the Heating Zone Valve and tested the system. Job completed within 30minutes. I was invoiced the same day, payed via digital banking. Overall very efficient service.

Have used APG for a number of years and always had excellent service. Everything explained and charges reasonable. What makes them stand out in my opinion is the 100% reliability which is not always the case with others in this business. APG always, without fail, turn up when they say they will and do what they said they will do.

It was very easy to make an appointment for a boiler service and I was advised of the most cost-effective way of solving my problem. The engineer arrived on time and was polite, efficient and very helpful. Overall I was very satisfied with the service i received. Well done APG :)

Did a great job servicing my combi boiler and gas fire, even went to the trouble of repainting the coals on the fire and the backplate, looks great now, thanks very much.

We have used APG for many many years for annual servicing, installing new boiler, radiators and any heating issues. On this occasion we had problem with our old room stat which led to our heating packing in. APG (Nathan) turned up on the day we phoned, as promised. He installed new unit by the boiler and replaced the room stat. He did this with no fuss / no mess and he explained what was going on. All worked immediately and boiler booted up/ rooms heated up. All was up to the high standard we have come to expect over the years.

Annual boiler service carried out punctually and professionally, as usual. We have used A.P.G. several times without complaint and will continue to do so. They fitted our boiler several years ago and have serviced it annually ever since. Additional work has been carried out for us, mostly to a high standard. I recently had my boiler and fire serviced. The young man who carried this out was polite, courteous and highly efficient. He put covers over his shoes and placed a large cloth in front of the fire before carrying out the service, which was very helpful. He explained what he had done regarding the service of the boiler and fire.

Over a 3 day period Will and James managed to completely remove an old gas fire with back boiler on the ground floor, a hot water cylinder on the first floor, and two tanks in the attic, before installing a new ATAG Economiser 35 Plus Combi boiler in an upstairs bedroom. All works were undertaken with the minimum disruption, in a neat and tidy fashion, to our complete satisfaction. The old fireplace was blocked up and all other areas made good. We have used APG Domestic Services Ltd., several times before, always with the same result. An excellent and value for money service, to be highly recommended. The staff are very helpful and courteous and nothing is too much trouble.

Recently had a combi boiler fitted after finding that I had a water tank that was leaking. From the first initial investigation into the problem to the expert advice given along with 4 options APG were tremendous. I was informed fully what to expect right from the start and true to their word everything fell into place. The two operatives William & James were courteous, clean & tidy at all times. I cant praise this company enough. No hard selling just good honest people doing an honest job.

Excellent workmanship from this company that we have used before, this time to re-fit our cloakroom. The installation date was re-scheduled due the Covid 19 pandemic but we were kept informed and the work was completed on the revised date to a very high standard. All specification was met and the fitter engaged with us every step of the way. Excellent service and workmanship. Thank you.

Despite the current circumstances, APG, once again, delivered their exceptional service and workmanship. Yesterday, with no hot water and a leaking boiler, I spoke to a lovely lady at APG just after lunch. By 4 pm an engineer had called, stopped the leak and arranged for an engineer to call this morning to replace a part. Job done! I have used APG for several years and their service, workmanship and professionalism have stood out.

New combi-boiler & replace radiators add two new radiators for 46yr old system. Excellent staff; work of high quality, very clean and prompt. Excellent product; ATAG combi-boiler was installed replacing existing system boiler, removed lots of pipework and all components of old system. Brickwork repaired when changing boiler was well done and tidy. Biasi radiators (UK made) are very well made, long warranty, great radiators, two new bathroom towel radiators which involved quite a lot of pipework but well worth it. Mother is delighted by quality, standard and by courtesy of installing team; Will, Chris, Marshall and foreman Harry, electrician didn't even have time for a brew - work came first! Would certainly recommend owner, company and products - need seven stars not five. Price quoted was kept; no overages, extra's or oh I forgot to charge you additional charges,

The electricians arrived punctually and carried out the work without any fuss. They tidied up after them and did a fantastic job. Very polite

I've used other firms in the past to service my ancient Baxi back boiler who used it as an excuse to suck their teeth and try to make me spend more money. For the last few years, I have used APG and I now have a firm that I trust to do the work properly at a fair price and I am sticking with them. Previously, they serviced the boiler and installed a new timer (that I supplied) promptly, efficiently and at a fair price. This year, they carried out another service and replaced my timer (at my request, mine was too complicated) with a more suitable one. Again, all first class. Then, the day before flying on holiday, an unrelated fault came up. I only had the email address for Mel in accounts but she organised a team to collect a neighbour's key and fix it in my absence so my son returned to a warm house. I got clear advice on what part should be renewed on my return, to prevent a future occurrence, but no additional bill, even though I asked and expected one. I shall have the igniter replaced, and definitely use APG to carry out the work. I highly recommend them, especially if you are vulnerable, alone and worry about unscrupulous traders. APG will see you right.

I had an ATAG boiler installed in my rental property. My tennants were without heating and hot water and I needed the job doing urgently. From beginning to end I received an excellent service from APG. Peter gave me a very reasonable price for the new boiler. The office staff were helpful, efficient and always kept me updated on installation. I even had a call from Sarah (after the job was completed) to ensure I was happy with everything! APG arranged my boiler installation on a Saturday morning as it was required urgently. Harry arrived at 8am and worked all morning to get the work done. I can't fault his work, he has done a great job and tidied up and showed me how to operate the boiler. The house is lovely and warm now and my tennants and myself are very pleased with the boiler. I would definitely recommend APG.

Having given good advice on boiler selection, APG installed a new boiler to our home, having previously fitted a quality bathroom for us. APG fully meet their stated aim to be 'a company who are a pleasure to deal with". Planning, execution and documentation are all excellent. They have assembled a great team, taking real pride in what they do and do fulfill their promise to their customers. They are distinctive in having documentation that says clearly what matters and encourages the customer to work in partnership with them. Their pricing is fair, reflecting the care and attention that they put into the job. All the staff are courteous and helpful. What more could you want? Well, an APG service agreement for one.

APG gave a very competitive and detailed quote for the replacement of an aging boiler and pipework that didn't require siting the boiler in the kitchen area with all the consequent disruption. The work carried out was of a very high standard and the gas engineers were extremely helpful and tidy at all times. They kept us informed of progress and later gave us guidance on how to use the controls. Two APG staff visited the day after to finish off some snagging jobs and one of the engineers was exceedingly helpful in sealing a number of joints that required attention. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending APG Domestic Services for their outstanding, helpfulness, value for money and reliable follow up.

A fault developed with our heating and Luke was the engineer who was sent out following a quick phone call to, as always, a thoroughly pleasant team. Luke worked so hard in diagnosing the fault, leaving no stone unturned, making sure as the customer, we had the quickest and most efficient outcome. The fault was not straightforward and was of a technical nature, getting to the bottom of it was Luke's priority, so reassuring. Luke had to come out a couple of times. The repeat visits were not his fault but down to a supplier sending incorrect parts. Some reading this may think “oh yes you mean he ordered the wrong parts” - NO he did not as we witnessed the phone calls to the supplier and Luke was incredibly clear on what he needed, speaking to technical experts at the suppliers to make sure he got the correct item, but still the wrong parts were sent with the wrong ancillary parts. Luke was incredibly sorry but it was clearly not his fault. Luke is so professional, a real credit to the company. He is also an incredibly polite and pleasant young man. He explained everything he was having to do and why. It is so refreshing to have a company who have such transparency, it really makes you realise you are not just a call out but a person and you are treated with such respect. Luke is a real credit to APG, a thoroughly genuine and lovely person who knows his job inside out, a fantastic ambassador for excellence in his craft. Thank you so much Luke.

APG installed a new boiler as the old boiler was past its sell by date. The installer did a first class job and apart from fitting the boiler he removed all the old redundant piping and tanks etc. The cost of the complete job was very reasonable and I am very pleased with the work carried out. I can highly recommend this company for any future boiler replacement.

Had a new Atag boiler installed by APG Heating Plumbing Electricals. I was transferred from my existing gas engineer as he retired. I have been impressed with my initial meeting, quote and communication with the company. Harry completed my boiler installation, efficiently, tidily, and quicker than I expected. i was shown how the thermostat and timer worker. Now have great hot water and heating. Thanks
