I have used this company for the last five years to service my boiler and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They are prompt, efficient and fairly priced. I also used them to have a new bathroom suite installed about three years ago and again the work was completed with the minimum of disruption and at a reasonable cost.

Requested a service for my electric boiler and was charged £70 to be told it doesn't need one. Why send an engineer in the first place particularly when the boiler itself was supplied by APG and they had my details from when it was installed. This information should have been relayed at the time of booking not after sending the engineer. I accept that call out fees need to be charged but not when the call out could have been avoided. A valve on a radiator was replaced during the visit which isn't included in the £70 but had I known my boiler didn't need servicing, I would have cancelled the visit and fixed the valve myself. When I contacted them to query the price, zero effort was made to appease the situation. Disappointed.

APG replaced most of our bathroom which had been poorly installed by a different company some years ago. APG understood the problem very quickly and worked hard to provide a sensible solution. APG were professional at all times and the project was successfully completed under very challenging circumstances - extreme weather and product supply complications. We would not hesitate to recommend APG.

When I was having a TV aerial installed, my gas pipe was accidentally drilled into. It felt quite stressful afterwards, but a phone call to APG soon had the repair underway. APG visited my house 3 times to assess the work that needed doing and a final time to do the repair in a very efficient, way with minimal disruption. The visits even included one from the manager. The repair was completed well within 24 hours. The cost was very reasonable and actually a little less tan I expected. I've not used APG before, but I am definitely considering them for a long overdue central heating system upgrade.

I had a problem with my toilet. I called APG to fix it. Fantastic Job- the problem was identified very quickly and once new parts were secured, the fix was completed very quickly and work was completed to the agreed schedule and budget. All APG staff were very professional and helpful.

I was frantically looking for an emergency plumber on a Saturday morning with water coming down the kitchen walls and pooling on the floor. I had been recommended APG by a friend. They came within 30 minutes and sorted the problem out really quickly. Sam was reassuring and clearly knew his job. All fixed. Drama over. Now we just need to mop the floor. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Choosing APG Domestic Services Ltd was a very wise decision. I had enquired about Solar Panel and Storage Battery installation at my property. Promptly attended and surveyed the requested job. The quoted price was impressive after enquiring with several other companies both local and national. The Solar products are high quality and competitively priced. The installation was carried out to an excellent standard, I am very pleased. The company employees, both office and installers, were wonderful, professional and friendly. APG diagnosed a problem we had with our underfloor heating which needed both there plumber and electrician to come and do separate jobs. From the staff manning the phones who were really polite and helpful to Matt the apprentice who recommended APG, to the electrician (sorry can’t remember his name) but he was so polite and helpful and informative to Muz the plumber who again was helpful, polite and knowledgeable our heating is now working. They turned up when they said they would and the job done was executed professionally and swiftly…. I really couldn’t recommend them enough and we will always give them a call in the future if we need them…. Huge thank you to all the staff.

APG Ltd attended our property promptly after telephoning their office and describing some issues we were having with our heating systems. A badly fitted radiator by a different contractor was rectified by their engineer and made usable again, plus another radiator that wouldn't heat up at all. System all drained and refilled within an hour. In this period of freezing cold weather their valuable and attentive service was most appreciated. As a Landlord I wouldn't use anyone else in future.

Used APG for the first time for an annual boiler service. The engineer arrived promptly and carried out a thorough service of the boiler. He was friendly, professional and tidy and he also answered a couple of queries we had about the boiler. No heating or hot water just before Christmas, disaster! APG came out to us on the same day, and resolved the issue within 20 minutes. Muz was very polite and respectful of the property and soon found the leaking air valve, removed it, capped the pipe and explained why it was leaking, and how it wasn't needed due to modern boilers having integral valves. He did not leave until the heating and water were tested and everything was ok.

Being told on holiday we had a burst water pipe that a neighbour had managed to turn off we contacted APG to perform a repair so we had water when we got home. They came out, found the problem and performed the repair very promptly, timed to fit in with our needs and at an amazing price for an emergency call out. I can’t thank them enough for the service they provided and will now be my go to service provider for all plumbing and central heating needs

I have used APG in the past to service my boiler so when it wasn't working this week I called them out. Last Friday they came and sorted it out and then again with a different problem on Thursday which turned out to be a frozen pipe. On both occasions, I had the same engineer and he was very polite and efficient and had my heat back on and working. I would certainly recommend this company they answer the phone quickly and you are talking to a person instead of having to press several numbers before you can talk to someone. Thank you for keeping me warm this week.

1st rate customer service from both the service desk and the engineer. I booked a boiler service and asked for them to look at a leaky radiator. The engineer was excellent, he was informative and honest in his appraisal. He never looked to up-sell me on anything. The team were very helpful to me from the beginning, informing me what was available and helping me make the right decision to the work being carried out which involved removing the water tank in the attic and the water tank in the cistern cupboard to fitting a new condensing boiler together with a new shower. I would like to thank Harry and his apprentice George and also Les for completing, which was for me such a difficult job, in a very efficient and organised way. I would definitely recommend APG. Many thanks my home is now lovely warm and comfortable.

Our boiler gave up the ghost at weekend. I completed on- line form and was contacted on Monday morning. Quote received on Tuesday. New boiler installed and working by Saturday lunchtime. All staff friendly, helpful and as far as I can tell efficient and competent. Thoroughly recommended.
