After a very stressful few days being without my dishwasher, Matthew made a very busy household a lot less stressful! The engineer was here 2 days after requesting a visit, he was friendly & polite, the communication before arrival was fantastic, he arrived on time and my appliance was fixed within 1 hour! Warranty Repair
Thank you Repair Guys for an excellent repair service. The repair was booked and complete in less then two days. Matt was really helpful, not only completing the repair quickly and considerately but also gave some great advice on how to use the machine.

SAMSUNG TV repair under warranty

My request for repair under warranty was referred to REPAIRGUYS by Currys, then Samsung. Although, the actual repair was dealt with by Mike, my collection & delivery was done by Scott, who was extremely polite, efficient and on time. He even took off his wet shoes, saving my cream carpet. I had originally paid for the Internet side of the TV to be set up for me this was done again Sending me a time-slot text the day before, eliminated having to wait in all day Thank you

Panasonic Combi oven

Our Panasonic Combi oven displayed an error code, so the Repairguys were recommended after contacting Panasonic. After I made a deposit, the job was booked on December 3rd. A few days later, a rather brusque person collected the oven, and for the next couple of weeks, I tried to establish the repair progress. Eventually, I was told, 'The technician dealing with microwaves was away last week, so it has not been looked at'. The repair was completed on December 18th, and I paid the invoice in full. I was told that my oven could not be delivered before Christmas, and as we were away for a couple of days after Christmas, the best date for our delivery would be January 7th. On the 7th, a person from Repairguys phoned to say that the delivery driver had reported sick and could not deliver. I mentioned the lack of information throughout the repair process, and he promised to respond. No response has been received to date. The oven was returned on the 8th by Rob, a delightful person. The lack of proactive customer service regarding the progress or otherwise of the repair has been very frustrating.

Repair of Samsung hob

Samsung were very good in responding to my request for repair. Matthew the engineer attended and ascertained that a replacement part was needed. He returned a week later, fitted it and it all works. Matthew was great, very efficient and courteous.

Mathew was our repair technician. He was able to confidently diagnose the fault, then replace the faulty pump all under an hour. I was in a panic that I would be without my washer over the Christmas period but Mathew saved the day. Thank you so much.
