We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

Matthew quickly diagnosed the fault with our leaking dishwasher, and upon delivery of the new part he returned and made the swap. All work was carried out in about 15 minutes - and he even replaced some missing screws! He is very knowledgeable, friendly & answered all of the questions we had. Thanks Matthew!

Matthew from Repair Guys arrived ahead of schedule. He got to grips with the job straight away and even when the position and surrounding kitchen made getting to the problem with the dishwasher harder, he just got on with the job. Identified the problem and having informed me that he had to order a replacement part was quick to tidy everything up and be on his way. I cannot fault the service that Matthew gave us and would recommend The Repairs Guys to all.

Scott from the repair guys collected our Samsung TV for repair and kept us informed of when he would collect it and again when he would return it. It was really useful to have this information so I didn’t have to wait around for him to arrive . Scott was polite, professional and knowledgeable and really helpful. Many thanks to Scott the engineer from The Repair Guys team, who came today and replaced the screen on my television he was very knowledgeable on what was wrong and explained what he was doing whilst completing the repair. Scott was respectful of my property and tidy in his work during and after the repair, taking away all empty boxes, packaging and faulty screen. The company kept me informed on both visits, firstly to diagnose the problem then on the replacement screen visit, I was kept aware by phone call and sms of possible outcomes after the initial diagnosis and afterwards on the arrangement of the visit. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Successful freezer repair
Matthew came out yesterday to repair the seal on my freezer and did a great job. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. The repair was done quickly and the freezer, one day later, appears to be working perfectly now. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Matthew to others.

Pete and Matt called me 25 minutes before they arrived. Both guys were very polite and courteous. They thoroughly examined the washer/dryer but were unable to replicate the noise. They checked everything over and tightened up any relevant nuts. They moved the machine slightly. They told us to monitor the noise. I did send them a recording of the noise.
