Samsung referred us to this company to carry out a repair under our warranty. It was easy to book and they arranged the appointment quickly. After booking, we were contacted and offered an earlier repair date, as another customer had cancelled. On the day, Matthew phoned ahead of time so that we would know exactly when he would arrive in the 3 hour time window. Matthew was professional, polite and friendly throughout the visit. He identified the fault quickly and the whole repair was completed within the hour, under warranty. Matthew was a very tidy worker and went on to explain the washer's digital codes and how to recalibrate the washer when moving it back into place. I would have no hesitations recommending Matthew and this company.

The Repair Guys were very helpful and although there was a delay with the repair of my Belling oven, this was in no way due to the Repair Guys negligence or lack of effort. The delay was due to waiting for spare parts and a big Bank Holiday in the waiting period! But the communication and after care was 100% Hayden and his colleagues at the office were excellent and helpful. So thank you Guys!

Terrible 'Repair' Service

Imagine your car doesn't start and you have it towed to a garage. The mechanics work under the bonnet and carry out 'diagnostic checks'. They call you to say it's ready to collect. You ask them if the car now starts? They say they're not allowed to start it for 'health & safety reasons' - yet all the diagnostic checks appear normal. You go and collect the car - and it still doesn't start. Yet you still have to pay for the 'repairs' and the mechanics say sorry, there's nothing else they can do, as the 'diagnostic checks are all normal'!! THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED WITH OUR BREADMAKER! Although recommended by Panasonic, these 'Repair' guys refused to bake a loaf of bread to confirm our breadmaker was in fact fixed. They're apparently not allowed to bake a loaf of bread due to 'health & safety reasons'!! They shipped it back after 'repairing' it (ie. running 'diagnostic checks that proved normal') - yet it STILL doesn't work - and WE HAD TO FOOT THE BILL ANYWAY!! Of course we're currently complaining to Panasonic about this. Is this not the most ridiculous 'repair' scenario you've ever heard of, or what? 😆

Matthew from repair guys came out to diagnose exact issue , he was already sure he knew . Returned the following week and replaced many parts under warranty. Fast and efficient replacement , cleaned the working area and left us with 100% confidence with his work . We couldn’t have asked for anymore luncheon recommend him to anyone !
