We are the leading repair centre in the South West of England, offering service to most kitchen appliances and home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVDs and audio devices.

We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

New TV with faulty HDMI ports. Was put in touch via Samsung service desk. Appointment was promptly booked and a message sent confirming due time. Another message on the day gave the exact arrival time of Craig and within 15 mins the job was expertly completed. DVD player now connected and working. Can not fault their efficient and professional service.

Our new American Fridge Freezer was originally delivered with a damaged door. Pete from the Repairguys Exeter was booked by the manufacturer to replace this. I received a text the evening before with a time slot for the repair with another text on the day 20 minutes before he arrived. He arrived promptly with the new door which he fitted quickly and efficiently. When the job was finished he removed all the packaging and left the area clean and tidy. I am pleased that Pete carried out the job and in the same circumstances would definitely use the Repairguys Exeter again.

Television back light had gone, repair guys contacted me with a time they would pick it up the next day and then when it was fixed they returned it to me quickly in perfect working order. Really happy with the service and I would recommend them.

Craig from repairguys gave me a 10 minute alert for his arrival and duly appeared. He wasn’t aware of the call history so I updated him….he was polite, knowledgeable and helpful and replaced the PSU in no time. He then reset the TV for me, getting SkyQ working and the soundbar. Great level of service from Craig, much appreciated

Pete from Repair guys text me 10 minutes before arriving to repair my washing machine. I also had confirmation of the time frame the evening before. Machine checked completely to ensure it was working ok. I would recommend Repair Guys for their service.

Hi My wife rung me in tears by the way she was treated by the technician (Matthew) from the exeter branch. He also lied in the report my wife was pressured into signing. The diagnostic he did came up with a fault and he said there were no faults. I hope this is just one bad apple in the bunch as I didn't expect this from the repair guys Thanks William

Matthew was very professional and personable and diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher quickly. He had to return a second time with a new pump but the company kept us informed of his visit and we received a time window the day before and a 30 minute warning on the day. He worked efficiently and quickly and offered advice about our dishwasher while he was here. It's great to having a working dishwasher again!
