We are the leading repair centre in the South West of England, offering service to most kitchen appliances and home entertainment equipment such as TVs, DVDs and audio devices.

We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

This company was used by Samsung to repair our fridge/freezer under warranty. Communication was good with office after reporting an issue online. We had two visits with Matthew who arrived on time, was polite, professional & friendly. Diagnosed issue & part ordered. Outstanding service from start to finish. Thoroughly recommend & would use again.

The work was completed in an efficient and professional manner by a pleasant and competent engineer. We were kept well informed of times of visits and progress throughout the work. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of this job, and would highly recommend this company, particularly as they are based in Exeter and we live in Dorset. Warranty repair carried out to new cooker. Main oven light not working, new bulb did not resolve issue. The engineer, Hayden, turned up on time and completed the repair in about 15 minutes (it was a loose connection on the bulb holder). He was friendly and efficient. Job well done. Thanks.

Following a previous issue, Matt came out to diagnose a problem with our Samsung American Fridge Freezer. He identified some problems and immediately responded by ordering new parts. Today he came back and fixed the issue. This is the third time Matt has been to us and each time has been totally professional; exceptionally helpful polite and really customer-focused and determined to resolve the issue. Had to have a refrigerator door replaced, received confirmation of repair date in good time. Received an ETA from Matthew on the day of the repair which was accurate to within 10 minutes. Hayden came to mend our tumble dryer. He managed to isolate the problem, advised that the repair would need to be ordered and that he would return within 7 days. The timescale that he advised was spot on. Not only did he replace the necessary parts, but also hoovered out the inside of the appliance, to the extent that it is now drying better than it has ever done. Would definitely recommend the repair guys. They are reliable and manage to fix our appliance. Their work ethic goes beyond the norm.
