We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

The engineer, was friendly polite and accommodating when giving me his arrival time. Once arrived he showed exceptional customer service in ensuring the TV was working, removing any rubbish and TV correctly positioned. Nothing was too much trouble. 10/10

Craig visited to repair my TV that is five years old and still under warranty from Richer Sounds. It was an intermittent fault, after ordering and changing two parts on different occasions my TV now works reliably. Very impressed with Craigs knowledge and the fact that TV that old is still serviceable and that the repair guys could fix it. I will use them again if I have a need.

Scott came on 17th November to look at our TV and told us we needed a new Main PCB which he ordered. Scott informed me that the item was in and kept me up to date by Text . He arrived fitted and explained what he was doing . Very happy with his service and he didn’t rush in and out .

Matthew arrived at 8am for his 8-11am time slot. He worked to repair the electrics on our freezer display as the parts are no longer available. He did an excellent job and we had a lovely chat while he was working. He left everything clean and tidy as was very professional and courteous. Highly recommended

On calling with a sound issue on TV I was given date and text a time schedule the previous day. Engineer arrived wasted no time telling me what was required. Parts were ordered and I was notified of the date he would return. He was prompt and explained as he replaced items and set the TV . I am very happy with the service and engineer. Thank You .

I used the repair guys when my Samsung Fridge Freezer developed a fault. The booking process was simple and Matthew, the engineer, turned up on time and was very pleasant. A new part was required and this turned up within a week and Matthew returned on a Saturday, to compete the repair, all included in the initial cost. Quick, efficient and friendly, I can't say any more.

Matthew has resolved the issue with our Samsung washing machine that was making abnormal noises during the spin cycle. He stripped out and replaced the suspension struts that support the drum, and now our world is peaceful again. Matthew is a great guy, thorough and very professional in his work. Many thanks!
