Matthew arrived as per time scheduled, a fault was identified, but as yet unable to be resolved. Matthew has ordered us a new part which will hopefully sort the problem.

Matthew attended on time today. I was kept informed about when he would arrive right up to 20 mins prior. He identified the problem and was able to fix it straight away. Very efficient.

Pete attended the property on the first visit and quickly diagnosed the issue with a faulty tumble dryer. Today he has returned with the correct parts and fixed in no time at all. Great service, would highly recommend!

Matthew quickly diagnosed the fault with our leaking dishwasher, and upon delivery of the new part he returned and made the swap. All work was carried out in about 15 minutes - and he even replaced some missing screws! He is very knowledgeable, friendly & answered all of the questions we had. Thanks Matthew!

Scott was very knowledgeable, helpful and more importantly honest. He diagnosed the fault with my TV and said a repair would be able to be undertaken at my address another day once the parts were delivered. That’s what happened and so far so good.

We experienced an unusual issue with our integrated Samsung dishwasher. During the wash cycle, the machine would stop unexpectedly without displaying any error codes. Matthew carried out a very thorough inspection, including checking the error codes stored in the machine, which only showed previously passed codes that were unrelated to the issue. He also checked the installation of the dishwasher and made adjustments to the levels, which were slightly out, to ensure everything was correct. Despite completing all available checks, the fault persisted and the dishwasher continued to stop for no apparent reason. As a result, Matthew referred the issue to Samsung’s technical department, as all possible tests within his scope had been carried out without a resolution. I would like to thank Matthew for the significant time and effort he put into trying to diagnose the fault, which was clearly outside the range of tests available to him.

Matthew was incredibly thorough and informative when inspecting my washing machine after it began to smoke. I was understandably anxious about the potential danger of using it in my family home, but thanks to Matthew’s detailed safety checks, clear explanations, and reassuring advice, I now have complete confidence that the machine is safe to use (it turned out to be user error). I highly recommend Matthew, he’s highly skilled, professional, helpful and extremely knowledgeable, especially with after advise on the machine for future use.

Scott arrived promptly to assess the problem with our TV. Ordered the parts and again arrived promptly to fit the parts. Scott also acted on an out of hours call I made to him and kept us informed when necessary. He was polite and helpful at all times

Our TV screen was showing odd colours and fortunately was still under guarantee. We had one visit to diagnose within 4 days of initial contact with the Repair Guys and a new screen had to be ordered. This was all very clearly communicated by text and calls. The new screen was fitted by Craig quickly and efficiently - we now have a TV we can watch again! Would certainly recommend - thanks Craig.

I am happy to be the first to review this company. I purchased a Panasonic TV from Amazon 6 months ago and the screen went black, contacted Amazon for a replacement, no chance of that as it was just over the 6 month period. However, they arranged for repair using repair guys. Repair guys contacted me to arrange a pickup date/time and they were there on the date and the time. I was told it needed a new screen from Panasonic.This was when repair guys customer services they informed me on a regular basis the progress of the repair. To me, this shows outstanding customer service. My TV was returned to me on 2 April 20 and again they were on time. I would happy to recommend repair guys to anyone. Well done and thank you.

Came to do a screen replacement. 2 lovely, polite and efficient men. Got the job over and done with in about 20 minutes and even plugged it all back in for me. Professional service. Would recommend and return. Thank you.

We had an issue with a Samsung oven that was out of warranty. Called Samsung who sent us to these guys. The engineer (Matthew) came out, disassembled the oven and found the fault. He then wrote a report, and got the parts from Samsung under warranty and came and fitted them today. It is hard to fault any part of this process, Matthew was very good at explaining the issue and process. We will be sure to come to the Repair guys in the future when we need help.

Had a notification of a potential fault on an LG TV. Got in touch with the LG service centre and they appointed RepairGuys to to the job. I was immediately contacted by them, made an appointment and was continually kept updated by text. Their engineer arrived punctually, was friendly & efficient. Job completed quickly and I am very happy with the entire process.

Craig from Repairguys carried out a replacement Power Board on my LG TV. The replacement part was fitted efficiently and quickly. Very happy with the friendly service received and would definitely have no hesitation in recommending them.

Television back light had gone, repair guys contacted me with a time they would pick it up the next day and then when it was fixed they returned it to me quickly in perfect working order. Really happy with the service and I would recommend them.

Our new American Fridge Freezer was originally delivered with a damaged door. Pete from the Repairguys Exeter was booked by the manufacturer to replace this. I received a text the evening before with a time slot for the repair with another text on the day 20 minutes before he arrived. He arrived promptly with the new door which he fitted quickly and efficiently. When the job was finished he removed all the packaging and left the area clean and tidy. I am pleased that Pete carried out the job and in the same circumstances would definitely use the Repairguys Exeter again.

Mine was a tv repair carried out under Samsung warranty. I was contacted by the Repairguys to say they would be calling to diagnose the problem which they did on time. The tv repair was completed and the set returned and reinstalled and set up by a very helpful engineer. I would not hesitate in using them again and would recommend to others.
