I am happy to be the first to review this company. I purchased a Panasonic TV from Amazon 6 months ago and the screen went black, contacted Amazon for a replacement, no chance of that as it was just over the 6 month period. However, they arranged for repair using repair guys. Repair guys contacted me to arrange a pickup date/time and they were there on the date and the time. I was told it needed a new screen from Panasonic.This was when repair guys customer services they informed me on a regular basis the progress of the repair. To me, this shows outstanding customer service. My TV was returned to me on 2 April 20 and again they were on time. I would happy to recommend repair guys to anyone. Well done and thank you.

We had an issue with a Samsung oven that was out of warranty. Called Samsung who sent us to these guys. The engineer (Matthew) came out, disassembled the oven and found the fault. He then wrote a report, and got the parts from Samsung under warranty and came and fitted them today. It is hard to fault any part of this process, Matthew was very good at explaining the issue and process. We will be sure to come to the Repair guys in the future when we need help.

Had a notification of a potential fault on an LG TV. Got in touch with the LG service centre and they appointed RepairGuys to to the job. I was immediately contacted by them, made an appointment and was continually kept updated by text. Their engineer arrived punctually, was friendly & efficient. Our new American Fridge Freezer was originally delivered with a damaged door. Pete from the Repairguys Exeter was booked by the manufacturer to replace this. I received a text the evening before with a time slot for the repair with another text on the day 20 minutes before he arrived. He arrived promptly with the new door which he fitted quickly and efficiently. When the job was finished he removed all the packaging and left the area clean and tidy. I am pleased that Pete carried out the job and in the same circumstances would definitely use the Repairguys Exeter again.

Mine was a tv repair carried out under Samsung warranty. I was contacted by the Repairguys to say they would be calling to diagnose the problem which they did on time. The tv repair was completed and the set returned and reinstalled and set up by a very helpful engineer. I would not hesitate in using them again and would recommend to others.

We bought a brand new American fridge freezer and it was faulty. The warranty sent the RepairGuys. Matthew turned up last Friday, triaged the freezer, found the fault and ordered the parts. He turned up today ( 1 week later ) fitted the parts in jig time and tested the whole appliance before he left. Very helpful chap. I don’t WANT to see him again. But if I need someone I hope it’s him

We needed to get our washing machine repaired and the insurance company use Repairguys. Their customer service is superb. They keep you constantly up to date with how things are progressing via both email and text messages. They also do a full check on the machine after the repair; e.g. earth, mains supply and insulation checks along with the pipework, and they also return the machine to its working position. The engineer (Mr. John-Andrew) was friendly and polite. All in all, a very pleasant experience all around!

Matthew came from the Repair Guys he was very pleasant and listened to my problems with the machine. He worked hard and soon came up with solutions to repair the faults. He ordered some new parts which came within a few days. Returning on Saturday evening after having worked over on Exmoor all day and getting stuck in the snow. He stripped the machine down and fitted the new Bushes and also unblocked the softener compartment. Checking the machine over carefully before he went home. He left a contact number in case I had any concerns. I am very satisfied with his work and would recommend him in the future. Thank you very much Matthew!

Excellent communications by phone and text throughout from Customer Service to the Engineer, advising me on progress. The appointment was at a date /time convenient to me and the engineer arrived with the spare part (oven element) exactly as scheduled. He was very friendly, obviously competent and swiftly replaced the part, making sure that I was satisfied with the result. Matthew texted 80mins ahead of his arrival to inform me of his eta, and arrived on time. He was friendly and talked me through every step of the repair, and answered all the questions I had for him during the repair.
