My 2020 Samsung TV screen was not working. My supplier (John Lewis) asked RepairGuys in Exeter to look into the problem. The appliance was still under warranty. The company’s response was speedy, professional and friendly. Scott immediately established the problem, ordered the necessary replacement and returned to carry out the repair. I had to change the agreed repair date on two occasions but the company did their utmost to accommodate this despite their heavy work schedule. Once the new screen was fitted Scott carried out all the necessary checks diligently and then helpfully placed the appliances back to its original site (wall mounted) for me. RepairGuys are a breath of fresh air in electrical repair services. No fuss, no hassle - they just got on with the job in hand. Hopefully, I won’t need them again though!

Highly recommended. They kept me informed at all times and gave me a date and time to carry out the repair, which they stuck to. The technicians were very polite and respected my property and equipment. Scott arrived with all the correct parts and my TV was fixed in record time. Samsung washing machine, the bearings on the machine become faulty. On the agreed time and date the technician turn up and was very polite from start to finish, he explained what the job entailed and the length of time it would possible take to complete. The work area was always left clear and tidy, I honestly believe this technician is a valuable person to the company and others would learn a great deal from this person. The issue with are machine is now resolved and we are very happy with the service we received. Thank you JA

Sony TV under warranty. After carrying out all the recommended checks TV still would not accept input from the remote. Phoned Sony explained the issues. Sony accepted my response and booked the Repairguys to come and carry out warranty work. Engineer arrived as stated and on time. Put on shoe covers and face mask and entered property. Listened to my side of the issue, disconnected the TV and placed it on his stand. Removed the back, replaced the remote sensor unit. Put it all back together and tested that it all worked. Very good visit with a helpful enginer who knew his job annd took time to explain what he was doing and the problem was sorted. I have given value 5* but in reality it was warranty work and Which will not allow you to leave it blank. Highly recommended.

Matthew arrived promptly Found the fault very quickly and carried out the repair on the washing machine. Very helpful and professional. Excellent Customer Service and very professional. Would highly recommend this company.

Our ice dispenser broke in our fridge, we were covered under the warranty and can't fault the fantastic service we had a getting it resolved from the repair guys in Exeter. I spoke a couple of times with the lovely lady in the office, who couldn't have been more helpful and Hayden who came out twice, first to assess the problem and then a week later to fix it was absolutely brilliant. Brilliant and professional service and staff and would highly recommend

JA came out to repair our Samsung washing machine under warranty - it was a challenging job with multiple issues and he really did a complete job, with helpful suggestions on top. He was professional, friendly and totally customer focused. Not only did this reflect extremely well on RepairGuys but also made us feel a little better about the expensive Samsung product that had let us down a number of times. The work was thorough, fully explained and well documented. Very impressive all round.

The appointment was arranged for the next working day, much to my relief. He arrived promptly and was polite, friendly and helpful. He took great care of my property and with due consideration for us as a vulnerable household. The washing machine was fixed in the same visit and everything put back exactly as he found it.

John visited our home today to repair our Samsung washing machine which was very noisy in use. John did an excellent job and the issue is resolved.

Pete called and told us what time he would arrive, he did just that, replaced my tumble dryer door which had fallen and smashed. Pete did all the checks etc, was very pleasant and polite and took our old door away and gave great service.

Matt was excellent, very thorough and found the cause of the issue almost immediately. He made the whole process very easy as we need a replacement appliance he dealt with all communication so we don’t need to explain the whole thing over again! Would highly recommend.

My washing machine wasn’t finishing its cycle but Matthew came in found the problem and sorted it. Very professional and was even good with my very nosey dogs. Washing machine is now up and running in no time. Thanks again.

Matthew came out to assess our washing machine as it had been making a noise and not draining. Communication was excellent and he arrived in the time window as promised. He was very knowledgeable and the repair was completed quickly. I would definitely recommend the repair guys

I think guys name was Chris. So helpful and even helped mount TV on the wall as needed two people and then set up everything on TV! Nothing a bother and really knew what he was doing….all set up again and ready to view. Stunning service. This is my first time using this company that does work for Sony.

I called The Repair Guys just after 1.30pm and by 4.15pm my washing machine was repaired. It was fortunate that the repair man was in the area and able to add another call out to his list. Matthew was able to diagnose the problem quickly and carry out the repair efficiently.

More than anything I was impressed and appreciated the communication with me as the service went on. From the initial booking to a check in call before the appointment to reminders, timings and updates, it made everything much easier and less stressful. The work was done by a very friendly guy and was done quickly. Plus, they listened to me and believed me about the problem even when the initial product manufacturer didn't. Really happy.

We found the repair guys to be prompt and efficient. Their customer service was excellent, and we had a prompt visit from Matthew who was professional knowledgeable and competent in his work. I am really impressed with the service I have had from Repairguys this morning. Matthew was friendly, efficient and informed me about when he was due to arrive and warned me that he was stuck in traffic. He was knowledgeable and took time to show me what the problem was with my AEG oven light, how it was fixed and even left me spares. He also didn’t mind my mad dog! Angie and Cheryl in the office were also friendly and helpful on the phone. Will definitely use them again.

I was extremely pleased with the engineer who visited today, Matthew. He arrived on time, as promised, and sent me a text beforehand to let me know when he would arrive. He clearly knows what he’s doing and identified the fault promptly. I have complete confidence in his repair, and I really appreciate his expertise and time.
