Matthew from The Reoair Guys is one of a small team and an authorised repairer for Samsung devices. We had a fault under guarantee with Samsung and Matthew was in and out in minutes having diagnosed the fault and ordered the part. He later returned to fit the part having given us accurate day and time, followed up with a reminder and an ETA text. He was personable, explained the issue clearly and in layman's terms and fixed the issue without fuss... he also cleaned around the appliance for us. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Following my washing machine breaking down my insurance got me in touch with the repair guys and from the second I spoke to them nothing was too much of an issue. They got my details and booked me in for the same day the customer service from the office was fantastic. At about 3.30 in the afternoon had a text from the engineer Matthew saying he was 10 minutes away and true to his word arrived bang on time. On arrival, Matthews's customer service was outstanding, very polite and very professional. He treated my property with respect. Within 5 mins Matthew had diagnosed the problem and away he went to his van and come back in with a new replacement part and he cracked on and got it sorted immediately. Through Matthew being at my property, he was so kind and made the whole family felt we were in safe hands. Within 15mins the machine was fixed and Matthew run a test on it before leaving to make sure this was all in working order. I will be recommending the repair guys to everyone for any appliance repairs in their homes. They are the best in Devon and Cornwall. Absolutely faultless service from start to finish Thank you so much for everything.

Matthew came today and immediately diagnosed the fault with our Samsung washing machine which he solved without fuss. He then explained functions which we had no idea existed and are not in the manual! From the initial booking two days ago to the repair the service was superb. Thank you so much. My Samsung fridge freezer arrived with a dent in the door. Samsung arranged the repair. Communication was excellent and Matthew had the door replaced in no time. Brilliant service, would recommend.

Turned up when they said they would. Phoned half an hour before arriving, like they said they would. Fixed the telly... like they said they would. Such a shame that spares come from abroad so you have to wait for them, nowadays, I remember when we used to make stuff in our country...

Matthew texted 80mins ahead of his arrival to inform me of his eta, and arrived on time. He was friendly and talked me through every step of the repair, and answered all the questions I had for him during the repair. He was very thorough and checked the safety of the unit once the repair was complete. He fixed the unit with no need for extra expense and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anybody else in need of a repair.

Excellent swift repair of my Samsung Tumble Dryer. Matthew notified me 30 mins before arrival, then clearly explained the fault and the repair which he was able to sort without ordering parts. Very courteous and polite, thanks very much!

Excellent communications by phone and text throughout from Customer Service to the Engineer, advising me on progress. The appointment was at a date /time convenient to me and the engineer arrived with the spare part (oven element) exactly as scheduled. He was very friendly, obviously competent and swiftly replaced the part, making sure that I was satisfied with the result. He has excellent interpersonal skills, very empathetic and gave me sound advice on a couple of topics.

Kieran was such a lovely young chap, really knowledgeable about what he was doing. Found the problem, went above and beyond to get it sorted for me. He was an absolute pleasure.

Ryan came to replace fan motor and pipe on our Samsung washing machine. Great service, carried out professionally and to a high standard. Took extra care to not damage our vinyl flooring when moving the machine in and out from under the counter. Would recommend

Arrived on time,knew what to do after a quick chat, had spare part in van,he was polite,and good at what he does, very tidy,and cleaned up any mess which was minimal,would definitely recomend Matthew,explained exactly what he was doing...though this wasn't Matthew's first visit .

Our fridge collected water daily and the freezer regularly iced-up the bottom drawer such that it would not open. Matthew from the Repair Guys was great. He identified the issue and showed the evidence of insulation failure. The appliance is not worth repairing and needs to be replaced. Prompt service, good technical knowledge and honest advice was greatly appreciated.

Matthew came out to repair our washing machine under warranty. Received a text 30 minutes prior to inform me that he was on the way. Job was done quickly and mess free, despite having to remove most of the machine's parts. Very knowledgeable, advised on cause of fault and how to avoid in future.
