I had a terrible time with Samsung when my washing machine stopped working. They reduced me to tears, and made life so stressful , but these guys saved the day! They are beyond superb, so kind so understanding and so very supportive! I can not praise them enough …… superb service, above and beyond! Thankyou Hayden and Darren so very much! ❤️

the gentleman was very professional and very polite. the repair was excllent and quite quick considering it was a large tv repair. They displayed professionalism and the quality of their work was top notch and i cant fault it. if i could give 6 stars i would.

Our ice dispenser broke in our fridge, we were covered under the warranty and can't fault the fantastic service we had a getting it resolved from the repair guys in Exeter. I spoke a couple of times with the lovely lady in the office, who couldn't have been more helpful and Hayden who came out twice, first to assess the problem and then a week later to fix it was absolutely brilliant. Brilliant and professional service and staff and would highly recommend

JA came out to repair our Samsung washing machine under warranty - it was a challenging job with multiple issues and he really did a complete job, with helpful suggestions on top. He was professional, friendly and totally customer focused. Not only did this reflect extremely well on RepairGuys but also made us feel a little better about the expensive Samsung product that had let us down a number of times. The work was thorough, fully explained and well documented. Very impressive all round.

Had this Samsung Fridge Freezer for some 8 years, The ice maker on this particular model had a problem with the ice maker freezing up and it had to be defrosted every 5-6 weeks! eventually it stopped working completely. Samsung were aware of this 'design issue' I would say it has been excellent other than this. Called Samsung, out of warranty so put in touch with the 'Repair Guys' at Exeter. A guy came out said yes, They were also aware of the issue, needed a new ice maker unit, and PC board. A week or so later another guy came out to fit the parts which had arrived from Samsung. He fitted the parts and left. All seemed to going ok then suddenly the Freezer part seemed not to be working well at all. Called Repair guys and very swiftly a new guy came out. ( I would say at this stage the service has been prompt and excellent) Matthew the new guy did a further inspection and discovered there was a very small leak in the gas system and that was why the freezer was not working, showed me and sure enough there was evidence. The unit was beyond repair I called Samsung they were also very receptive also and offered a substantial discount on a new unit, which I took up. We now have a nice new Fridge/Freezer..(I note the latest model the icemaker is in a completely different place). Repair guys have refunded the repair charges I paid them without asking and I am very happy. There is not much else they could do and it was a very nice gesture. Great service, Many thanks..

Very friendly and gets the job done :) I had Mathew who I would definitely recommend. Fixed the draw on my machine and also checked for any other issues on the machine. Had good chat and had a very good atmosphere.

My tv was repaired promptly and effectively courteous service and great experience I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone

The RepairGuys came right on time and called 15 mins prior to advise of arrival. Hayden the engineer was very pleasant and worked efficiently replacing the PcB and heater. No mess was created and the job was completed quickly. would definitely recommend.

More than anything I was impressed and appreciated the communication with me as the service went on. From the initial booking to a check in call before the appointment to reminders, timings and updates, it made everything much easier and less stressful. The work was done by a very friendly guy and was done quickly. Plus, they listened to me and believed me about the problem even when the initial product manufacturer didn't. Really happy.

Samsung warranty repair. Washing machine failed just before Christmas. Not ideal. Samsung raised the issue for this company to fix and we were contacted the morning they reopened after Christmas and had an appointment two days later. Text messages with timings made the appointment really easy to fit in. The engineer Matthew was outstanding, really knowledgable and had the fault diagnosed and repaired all within 30 minutes! I’d thoroughly recommend this company and Matthew in particular! MANY THANKS

I am really impressed with the service I have had from Repairguys this morning. Matthew was friendly, efficient and informed me about when he was due to arrive and warned me that he was stuck in traffic. He was knowledgeable and took time to show me what the problem was with my AEG oven light, how it was fixed and even left me spares. He also didn’t mind my mad dog! Angie and Cheryl in the office were also friendly and helpful on the phone. Will definitely use them again.

I was extremely pleased with the engineer who visited today, Matthew. He arrived on time, as promised, and sent me a text beforehand to let me know when he would arrive. He clearly knows what he’s doing and identified the fault promptly. I have complete confidence in his repair, and I really appreciate his expertise and time. I would highly recommend Mathew and The Repairguys team.

Insured Tumble dryer through Domestic & General. First appointment with Ryan T, he listened to what issue was that I'd previously had a week before that was "fixed". Water pump was replaced by another engineer but unfortunately never investigated further so issue not fixed. Ryan basically stripped the inside of our dryer and tested everything he could until the fault was found. Assured me I could use the dryer for short periods until new part arrived. A week later Ryan returned and replaced faulty part and dryer works perfectly. Ryan T is very friendly, approachable and very helpful in the fact he explains what he's doing and what the issues may be. Such a polite person who keeps the area Clean and tidy, although he didn't seem happy to leave the water and fluff on the floor as I insisted to leave it as I hadn't cleaned the kitchen floor knowing he was coming to replace the item lol. Such a credit to your company! Fingers crossed your company is sent out to us if needed again! Well, hopefully the dryer don't break 🤣 Definitely recommended. Excellent updates for appointments and drivers time of arrival.

Repair arranged under warranty by John Lewis. Craig, from the Exeter branch, quickly identified the problem, ordered the required component and arranged to return and replace the screen the following week. Craig is clearly very experienced and familiar with most faults and doesn't mess around; he gets the job done extremely efficiently but with due care. Given today's throw away culture, I am very pleased to have had a repair rather than simply a replacement TV.

Called Samsung to report problem and they arranged for Repairguys to undertake repair under terms of warranty. Repairguys texted same day to arrange a visit for 2 days later. The repair engineer, ‘Hayden’, also texted 20 minutes before arrival to confirm things. He arrived on time, was courteous and professional when undertaking the investigation. He quickly diagnosed the fault and as he had a spare for the faulty component in his van, equally quickly and efficiently repaired the machine. He additionally wiped up water spillage from the replacement activity and replaced the machine in situ in the kitchen. Overall, Repairguys and Hayden in particular were prompt, professional and courteous throughout the experience and ensured we were back up and running in an acceptable timescale.

We have used Repair Guys previously and their service has always been gold standard. This visit from Matthew was no exception. We got frequent updates about when he would arrive, which he did on time. He was polite, informative and efficient, replacing a faulty element in the oven leaving the place clean and tidy.

Matthew, texted us with his arrival time. He was polite and quickly identified the fault with our washing machine which he then fixed leaving the place clean and tidy.

So I had to report a fault on my Samsung monitor to the main customer care team who gave me loads of wrong information about the repair and such which was frustrating. Luckily Craig from the repair guys contradicted all the bad information by showing up in the time stated, being patient and kind with my dog who's a nervous pup (Added bonus) fixed my monitor really quickly and left it in perfect order. It was a quick, professional and personal visit. Highly recommend.
