We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

My request for repair under warranty was referred to REPAIRGUYS by Currys, then Samsung. Although, the actual repair was dealt with by Mike, my collection & delivery was done by Scott, who was extremely polite, efficient and on time. He even took off his wet shoes, saving my cream carpet. I had originally paid for the Internet side of the TV to be set up for me this was done again Sending me a time-slot text the day before, eliminated having to wait in all day Thank you

After a very stressful few days being without my dishwasher, Matthew made a very busy household a lot less stressful! The engineer was here 2 days after requesting a visit, he was friendly & polite, the communication before arrival was fantastic, he arrived on time and my appliance was fixed within 1 hour! The work was completed in an efficient and professional manner by a pleasant and competent engineer. We were kept well informed of times of visits and progress throughout the work. Following a previous issue, Matt came out to diagnose a problem with our Samsung American Fridge Freezer. He identified some problems and immediately responded by ordering new parts. Today he came back and fixed the issue. Had Matthew round to repair our washing machine today. Arrived promptly with a message to say when he was coming and had all the parts required to complete the job. Job was done efficiently and with the minimal amount of mess and fuss. Washing machine was tested twice to make sure all was good and Matthew even placed the machine back in place before reconnecting and making sure there were no leaks. Machine is now good as new.

Our Samsung washing machine became very noisy 3 1/2 years from new. Under the 5 years warranty they sent out an authorised repairer from the Repair Guy's named Kieren who was absolutely brilliant, professional & friendly and took the time to explain the repair of a new drum,bearing & seals and various outher new parts of which i found interesting & to be great customer service from Kieren. The job was completed quickly with no fuss & no mess. I highly rate them Repair Guy's Thank you!
