We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.
We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

I’m pretty much blown away by the service. I logged an issue with our tumble dryer via the Samsung website on Tuesday. I got a text on Thursday to say they could come out on Friday to fix it. I said I was at work so they offered to come early at 6.45 the next morning. James arrived with exactly the spare part he needed and fixed the dryer in 5 minutes. All fixed under warranty without having to argue at all. Thank you so much.

My LG smart tv was showing a tuning fault and as it was still under warranty Repair Guys were requested to attend. Steve attended in timely fashion, quickly identified & resolved the issue. Had a visit from a repair guys engineer, Matthew, on behalf of domestic and general. A 3 hour time slot was given a few days before and on the day a text message with a precise time was received. Matthew was unable to fix the dishwasher as it was irreparable but he was polite, friendly and explained everything throughly. He tidied up when he had finished and input his findings promptly which allowed me to have the dishwasher replaced quickly through the insurance scheme.

Matthew visited today to repair my Samsung washing machine after it stopped working. Once I had described the issue he knew exactly how to repair it and carried out the work efficiently and was considerate enough to set the machine onto a self clean before leaving due to it having standing water for the last week. The machine was still under warranty and Matthew was very helpful with advice on repairs once the warranty expires. He was very polite and conversational.

Initial visit to diagnose problem and order part. Took longer than I would have hoped. Second visit saw wrong part had been ordered but the engineer John was fantastic. He had the required part on his van and fitted it with no fuss. He was very professional and explained what was wrong with the fridge and what had been done to make it right. He was clean and tidy, very helpful and left the room and appliance set up as we wanted. Could not have been any better. Thanks to John for the great job done.

John concluded that one of the motor brushes were burnt out on our Samsung washing machine. To be on safe side he replaced the motor and fully tested the machine. Good service and very neat and tidy. Just as well it was done under Samsung warranty!

What can I say...
