We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

Scott arrived within the time slot stipulated phoning me when leaving his previous call providing me with a narrower time slot. Scott was proficient in his work explaining clearly the work he was undertaking and the necessary work I had to do to reapply the Apps I use lost due to the PCB refit.

Matthew came to fix a bulb in our oven. Not a difficult job but the service was prompt, courteous and effective. Communication was also very good. NB. I have given 5 stars for Value but we were insured and don’t actually know how much this would have cost.

After having owned my Sony soundbar for only 3 months, it was continuously unresponsive and we were unable to connect it to the TV. We contacted Sony who directed us to the repair guys after refusing a replacement, stating that we need to follow the process. SCOTT attended my property and collected my soundbar on 17/12/2025. The repair guys were great with their help, especially with it being around Christmas. It took a while for the repair (7 weeks) due to sourcing parts. But I now have it back and it seems to be working well.

I bought a Samsung washing machine 18 months ago with a 5 year warranty. It started making horrendous noises before spinning. I contacted Samsung who were extremely helpful and put the matter through to RepairGuys in Exeter. It It was a strange problem but nothing was too much trouble when it came to finding the cause. The team and the engineer were excellent, arrived when they said they would, were polite, efficient. The engineer knew his job backwards and was friendly, very tidy, he followed all the rules on social distancing, hand washing etc, a very nice person. It is rare these days to find such good customer service and I would recommend Samsung and especially RepairGuys to anyone.

We discovered that we needed an amplifier and power pack for our smart TV because living in a dip to get a proper signal this was quite essential, Obviously, with COVID 19 we thought it might well be nigh impossible to get this sorted but rang the Repair Guys in Marsh Barton and the boss Steve rang us back. Steve was very helpful and it was decided he pick up the essential parts in the morning personally which is exactly what happened. He drove to our house at the time discussed and was very professional, very good standard of workmanship and generally very good standard of service. I would definitely use them again!

RepairGuys came today to fit parts for my washing machine. From initial call out to fitting of parts, I have been kept up to date. Both initial and parts fit were carried out but a very friendly and experienced engineer (Matthew). Will definitely be going back to RepairGuys if I needed in future and would recommend them very highly.

Call out was to repair our fridge. Matthew the technician called before arriving, came on time, all masked up, super nice guy. Clearly good at his trade. Explained clearly what he was doing and what was wrong with the fridge. Would totally use this company again.

A message flagged up onto screen regarding potential overheating issue on our OLED LG TV, got in touch with LG direct immediately who said they would get someone out to fix it. Repairguys in Exeter responded and came to us this morning Thursday 22nd. Craig came in and replaced the faulty board, very courteous and friendly, job completed very quickly, thank you!

We had to call RepairGuys for a repair under warranty to our Samsung Fridge/Freezer. The initial logging of the call with Samsung themselves was frankly a trial but once the job was passed to RepairGuys, things went well. Phone contact with them was easy and helpful and their engineer (James) turned up promptly as arranged. He was smart, polite and efficient and Covid precautions were observed without being asked. James worked cleanly and efficiently and left everything tidy. Unfortunately (and through no fault of his) the fault remained and a repeat visit was arranged the following week. James did his best and finally made enquiries to discover the fault was irreparable meaning a replacement fridge/freezer was required. RepairGuys presumably liaised with Samsung over this as the next thing was a call from Samsung regarding the replacement arrangements. All in all, we were very pleased with RepairGuys and would be happy to use them again.

New TV with faulty HDMI ports. Was put in touch via Samsung service desk. Appointment was promptly booked and a message sent confirming due time. Another message on the day gave the exact arrival time of Craig and within 15 mins the job was expertly completed. DVD player now connected and working. Can not fault their efficient and professional service.

Our 12-year-old Samsung TV stopped working - kept on repeating a very short start-up loop when switched on. On phoning, the service department was very helpful and explained our options and associated cost. We agreed to proceed and the TV was picked up as arranged from North Devon. A week or so later we received an email asking us to call and upon doing so the identified problem was explained and a cost provided to fix it. We decided to proceed and the TV was fixed and duly returned as arranged and is now working perfectly - all in all an excellent service and we would highly recommend the Repair Guys.

I have been extremely impressed with Repairguys and in particular, John-Andrew; who visited to carry out the initial fault finding/diagnostics, and then the repair once replacement parts had been received. He was professional, friendly and extremely efficient. He also pointed out something that was outside the job requirement... something that will increase the efficiency of the appliance he repaired going forward. The overall service was good too. Great communication as to when John-Andrew was due to visit (both times), and good communication as to the status of replacement parts. Repairguys come highly recommended from me. We will definitely use them again.
