Samsung TV fault diagnosed on first call and part supplied and fitted on second call. Texted to let me know which day call would be and texted the time of the call the evening before in both cases - a great help. Engineer very respectful of our house being careful to remove shoes before entering. Pleasant manner and speedy work. Would highly recommend.

Matthew came today to repair my Samsung washing machine. Very polite and found the problem quickly and sorted it. Speed and efficiency. All left clean and tidy and with a smile all the time. Excellent service.

Quick and excellent service with experienced engineers who are reassuring and helpful. Cannot praise them enough, they go above and beyond for customer service.

Our 5 1/2 year old Samsung american fridge freezer lost cooling and we contacted Samsung, who arranged for the unit to be inspected by the Repairguys. They didn't arrive at the time given by Samsung. It was explained that Samsung made the appointment time without checking if it was available. Matthew arrived a few days later and spent considerable time in trying to find why the unit was leaking refrigerant. He was unable to locate the precise location of the leak and determined that the unit was beyond economical repair. When this was reported to Samsung they offered a discount on a replacement unit from their online shop. However, when trying to complete the purchase the discount was refused. After being shunted from one Samsung department to another I gave up and have now ordered a different brand. No more Samsung products for me as I consider the reliability very poor for the premium price of the products, and Samsung to be a nightmare to deal with.

Matthew was on time. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the fault. Took the time to explain his findings and provided valuable advice/tips on how best to use the appliance and how to avoid common problems. Totally satisfied with the service.

These guys were called out by Richer Sounds to fix my TV. Very prompt service. I was kept informed throughout every step of my repair( including where parts were ordered, their arrival and completion) I was given a time frame for everything and always kept informed of any developments. My TV is back, fixed and looking at the paperwork has been given a full service. I would not hesitate to use this company again. All of this and I never left my home either .

Our Samsung TV developed a fault with the screen. John Lewis reported that they would have it repaired as it was still under their five year warrantee. The Repairguys contacted us and arranged the repair. Scott Chidgey from Repairguys arrived on time and replaced the faulty screen. He was very polite, professional and worked in a tidy fashion. I would happily recommend him and his company for any future repairs I need.

These guys were exceptional. They replaced the whole screen in my TV in an hour and a half as an emergency so we could have a TV for Christmas. Excellent work and a lovely bunch of guys. Would highly recommend.

Matt came to look at my Samsung tumble drier that seemed to have suddenly seized and smelt of burning. He quickly diagnosed the fault and after confirming by running through the diagnostic checks repaired it on the spot. He finished by completing a PAT test to ensure the machine was safe. Matthew text the night before to say that he’d arrive between 8-10am, then text again when he was 35 minutes away. He affected the repair to my fridge display very quickly and then advised on the light which isn’t working in the oven (which was not part of his call-out) Matthew is s personable, friendly and knowledgeable chap who I would highly recommend for appliance repairs

The door seal on our Samsung washing machine leaked so we contacted John Lewis from whom we purchased it. The 2 year Samsung guarantee had just expired but John Lewis had a 5 year guarantee. They referred us to Samsung who sent a repair man and the door seal was replaced under the 5 year John Lewis guarantee with no charge to us. Hyaden the repair man was polite, efficient and quick. Having replaced the door seal he then did a water test to check that all was well.

Matthew arrived on time and parked considerately. He then asked us about the problem and then just got on with the job, explaining the reasons he was doing the job and how to fix it. He spoke clearly as I’m quite deaf and I understood everything he said. Cleared the mess and explained what would happen next. We are very pleased with the service Matthew provided.

Craig and his colleagues at the office have diagnosed the fault with my TV, obtained the replacement part and fitted and set it up. All done efficiently and courteously. Thank you RepairGuys. Highly recommended.

Craig was friendly, helpful, informative, efficient. First trip identified the problem and suggested a workaround until new component available. This worked and within 2 weeks they had the new component and came round and carried out repair. Was organised by Richer sounds under their extended warranty, so kudos to Richer Sounds for their part.

Had to have a refrigerator door replaced, received confirmation of repair date in good time. Received an ETA from Matthew on the day of the repair which was accurate to within 10 minutes.
