I had contacted Samsung about the incident when as my wife opened the door of the FF it fell down and spilled a number of items to the floor. Although Curry’s had fitted it, and charged me for the fitting, it was dangerously inept. Hayden arrived promptly looked at the situation and got on with it. He pointed out where a part had been fitted improperly and put it right. He tidied everything up and went in his way. Competent, industrious and polite. Very impressive.

From first contact, this company were on it; very professional and arrived quickly. My fridge freezer had been making a terrible noise and I was worried it was going to pack up. Hayden was polite, knowledgeable and had come prepared with parts so there was no waiting about for another visit. I’m so thrilled to have found an appliance repair service I can trust. Matthew from the Repair Guys arrived to fix my faulty washing machine purchased from AO. It had started to bounce out from under the counter when on a spin like something possessed. Matthew kindly texted me in the morning to give an ETA and repaired the fault as it hadn't been installed correctly. He tested the spin cycle and it now runs as it should. Matthew did a great job fixing our tumble dryer. His communication was great, letting us know exactly when to expect him. He carried out a diagnostic check on his first visit and advised us clearly on what needed to be done. The office staff were friendly and helpful when I called to confirm having the repair done. The repair request was placed by John Lewis to the Repair Guys who shortly after called to select a date to call. They called on the agreed date and diagnosed the issues. Once the parts had been sourced they contacted me with a potential date which was not suitable. I texted with alternatives and agreed a new date. I was advised the evening before for the time window, and the engineer phoned 15 minutes before arrival to advise me. Super service, repair carried out at home, engineers courteous and pleasant to talk to to share the issues.
