We had Matthew from The Repair Guys out this morning to fix our refrigerator, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Matthew was incredibly professional and clearly knew his stuff, getting our fridge back in working order quickly. What really stood out, though, was how friendly and patient he was with my two curious children, who, let's just say, were "helping" a lot! He managed to keep them entertained and engaged without missing a beat on the repair. Fantastic service all around – highly recommend The Repair Guys, especially if you get Matthew!

Craig arrived on time with a spare part for my TV. He then quickly replaced the part whilst making friendly chat. Craig reset my TV to make sure it was working. Craig is a very friendly, tidy, and efficient repairman whom I would recommend.

Matthew arrived on time, was very friendly, and did a great job with the washing machine. We had a full explanation of the problem. Matthew then took all the covers off and replaced the broken parts. The machine has never been this quiet, not even when it was out of the box. We are very grateful for the fantastic service provided by Matthew.

Matthew from Repair Guys arrived ahead of schedule. He got to grips with the job straight away and even when the position and surrounding kitchen made getting to the problem with the dishwasher harder, he just got on with the job. Identified the problem and having informed me that he had to order a replacement part was quick to tidy everything up and be on his way. I cannot fault the service that Matthew gave us and would recommend The Repairs Guys to all.

Scott visited to repair our Samsung TV under our John Lewis guarantee. He was polite and efficient and was able to complete the job quickly.

Mathew attended after another engineer was unable to repair our fridge freezer. He diagnosed the fault quickly, had the necessary parts with him and made the repair. Mathew showed professionalism and kept me informed during the repair process. He checked everything was working correctly and even put the shelves back which we had taken out beforehand. He cleared site leaving everything tidy. Excellent is all that needs to be said.

Many thanks to Scott the engineer from The Repair Guys team, who came today and replaced the screen on my television he was very knowledgeable on what was wrong and explained what he was doing whilst completing the repair. Scott was respectful of my property and tidy in his work during and after the repair, taking away all empty boxes, packaging and faulty screen. The company kept me informed on both visits, firstly to diagnose the problem then on the replacement screen visit, I was kept aware by phone call and sms of possible outcomes after the initial diagnosis and afterwards on the arrangement of the visit. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Scott from the repair guys collected our Samsung TV for repair and kept us informed of when he would collect it and again when he would return it. It was really useful to have this information so I didn’t have to wait around for him to arrive . Scott was polite, professional and knowledgeable and really helpful. He set up the TV when it came back. The TV was taken care of and protected well and came back in perfect condition. Thank you to Scott and The Repair Guys !

From my first contact with the repair guys to fixing my washing machine they could not have been more helpful. In my view they went far beyond what was required of them. The repair was arranged quickly and to suit my availability. The engineer Pete arrived on time, was very polite, knowledgeable and very efficient in diagnosing the problem and fixing the machine. Samsung referred us to this company to carry out a repair under our warranty. It was easy to book and they arranged the appointment quickly. After booking, we were contacted and offered an earlier repair date, as another customer had cancelled. On the day, Matthew phoned ahead of time so that we would know exactly when he would arrive in the 3 hour time window. Matthew was professional, polite and friendly throughout the visit. He identified the fault quickly and the whole repair was completed within the hour, under warranty. Matthew was a very tidy worker and went on to explain the washer's digital codes and how to recalibrate the washer when moving it back into place. I would have no hesitations recommending Matthew and this company.

Matthew arrived today to look at a leaking washing machine. Found the fault and replaced broken part during the first visit. Very pleased and would recommend to others.

Craig visited to repair my TV that is five years old and still under warranty from Richer Sounds. It was an intermittent fault, after ordering and changing two parts on different occasions my TV now works reliably. Very impressed with Craigs knowledge and the fact that TV that old is still serviceable and that the repair guys could fix it. I will use them again if I have a need.

Matthew arrived on time, was very pleasant, polite and professional. He reviewed the problem and asked several questions around the fridge, he was knowledgeable and helped me understand why the fridge was not working properly. He advised me of the next steps I should take. He was efficient and did not consume a lot of time, did the job and left. Very good service.

Excellent level of service, prompt and efficient. I can quite see why Samsung use them. They replaced a screen on site in not long and everything clean and tidy. Also work done on site so no fuss of a loan machine to place and remove.

An engineer was sent over by LG to repair my 60 inch TV. Super quick panel replacement and very professional. The job was completed within 20', with no mess left behind and with the TV put back where it was originally. Overall very satisfied and would recommend 100%.

Matthew called before arriving and wore a mask,he very speedily and efficiently carried out the repairs.
