Great communication from start to finish via the Repair Guy. Matthew arrived on time . Messaged ahead to say he was 25 minutes away. Great knowledge and sound advice infact Matthew was walking manual. Very impressed 👏

Thank you so much for the service provided by Matthew from the Repair Guys on behalf of Samsung . We received his text with the hour that he will be arriving and he was at our door on the dot , came in polite and offered us the best service experience that we have seen in years .

Kieren & Ryan sent a text to warn me they would be arriving earlier than planned which suited me very well. They found the fault quickly and replaced the PC board in my washing machine in record time and had it up and running in record time. They were very polite and efficient. I tried leaving a review on which traders but the name Repairguys wasn’t accepted so I rang them with my review instead. All good. Many thanks.

RepairGuys were engaged to repair my Sony television. The technician, Scott, rang me first, arrived on time and completed an excellent repair. I would definitely use RepairGuys again.

Scott attended and identified the power board was faulty. He ordered it then and returned today to fit it. Kept us Informed all the way and got us back up and running for Christmas. Excellent service.

Good communication from Matthew for appointment time slot, arrived on time, efficient and tidy in diagnosing issue with extractor and ordering replacement part. Friendly and helpful.

Mathew was prompt, courteous and efficient, he listened my explanation of the fault and formulated his plan. Job was completed, tested and handed back.

Scott visited and replaced our tv screen. He texted us with an ETA before arriving and completed the work is a professional and friendly manner.

I called these guys yesterday to check if my dishwasher basket was being sent to me direct and today an engineer arrived with it. The Repair Guys are so fantastic and always deliver a great service and I always get the truth when talking to them on the telephone. Keep it up ladies and gentlemen

Having contacted Samsung online to arrange repair of our washer dryer which was still under warranty, I was impressed to be contacted quickly by The Repair Guys with a convenient appointment. Matthew quickly identified the fault, the parts were ordered and returned to fix the machine today. Great service!

Scott repaired my TV (under warranty) very efficiently and made sure all was OK before leaving. Great text communications from the team. 2 downsides. Long wait for the parts. Patronising first Guy, who diagnosed the fault he may have now left. They efficiently carried out a repair on a microwave (under warranty) in the past. So overall pleased with their service, as parts delivery are out of their control.

Turned up on time,very polite professional person.Found out problems in no time at all and explained next step. Retuned today on time very helpful and professional and solved the problems.

Very fast and efficient service engineer kept me informed of arrival time. He did the job quickly and with care very friendly engineer I would recommend the service.

Craig made first call on 10/8/23 and immediately diagnosed the problem with the internet connection. Ordered new part and came back on 18/8/23 to replace it. Internet connection now seems to be ok. Craig was very pleasant and efficient and got the job completed in short space of time. Kept us informed at all times.

So grateful to Matthew. He was fast, really knowledgeable and super professional. It couldn’t have gone better.

The word outstanding is often over used, but certainly not as far as this company is concerned. Our main point of contact was with Cheryl who went out of her way to keep us informed of the progress of a major repair to our TV that was under warranty. Throughout, her friendly approach and genuine concern that we would be inconvenienced as little as possible went a long way towards easing our frustration with LG that such an expensive TV had massively failed after just three months. In short, everything that could be done by Repairguys to expedite the repair was done, the work being completed at a very high standard. There remains little doubt in my mind that the the company genuinely deserves positive feedback, and that Cheryl a special mention. My grateful thanks to all
