The word outstanding is often over used, but certainly not as far as this company is concerned. Our main point of contact was with Cheryl who went out of her way to keep us informed of the progress of a major repair to our TV that was under warranty. Throughout, her friendly approach and genuine concern that we would be inconvenienced as little as possible went a long way towards easing our frustration with LG that such an expensive TV had massively failed after just three months. In short, everything that could be done by Repairguys to expedite the repair was done, the work being completed at a very high standard. There remains little doubt in my mind that the the company genuinely deserves positive feedback, and that Cheryl a special mention. My grateful thanks to all

Cannot rate the technician, Ryan, highly enough. He was prompt, professional, friendly and efficient. He clearly knew his job and the product and conducted his work flawlessly. Kieron, the engineer from The Repair Guys, came twice. Once to diagnose the problem and then again to make the repairs which were complex and took exactly the two hours he said it would take. Kieron was polite, on time, efficient and knowledgable. Communication throughout was excellent and the predicted times accurate, allowing me to leave work and return home for the shortest time. The appliance was recently out of guarantee and I’d also like to praise Samsung for standing behind their product and engaging their contracted repairers, The Repair Guys, to do the repair. I purchased the American style fridge freezer from Samsung as the previous identical model lasted 17 years.

Matthew efficiently traced the unusual problem with my washing machine, and returned with the relevant part to put it right. Communication about the visits was excellent and the job’s done! Thank you Matthew.

Matthew communicated before getting here so we knew exactly when he would be here, and it was within the window notified. He had anticipated what the issue with our new Samsung was, as there have been other cases. He was polite and friendly throughout. He confirmed the problem straight away and fixed with a software update. He explained everything he was doing. He resealed the waste pipe connections which had shown a small leak after the machine was moved. He then double checked the machine was working and not leaking before putting it back. He also ensured it was fully level and the tumble dryer was out back and aligned as well. Exceptionally helpful and thoughtful. I don’t know about cost as this was a warranty call. I would definitely use The Repair Guys again and recommend them to others.

Contacted SAMSUNG about a serious problem with my washing machine and Ryan from the Repairguys came to diagnose the problem the next day. 3 days later he was back with the parts to fit - 4 days ahead of the estimated time for this! Ryan was efficient and professional he very kindly disconnected and moved a machine that was on loan from the company we bought it from before reconnecting and repositioning the repaired machine. He was careful to explain what the problem was and how it would be fixed. He was very pleasant and it was a pleasure having him carry out the work.

Excellent customer service from this company, kept informed of booking, arrival of parts and appointment schedule. Ryan, the operative who attended was clean, tidy, polite and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.

Matthew came out to diagnose the machine and found a fault which he recommended a repair. He was very professional and prompt. The repair was carried out by kieran unfortunately and it wasn't completed correctly causing new problems. Luckily Matthew came back out today and found the fault quickly and fixed it. He was great and gave honest advice and took his work seriously. He is also an expert in his field. Thank you again Matthew.

Great service from Scott at Repair Guys. He was prompt and communication spot on. Diagnosed the problem straight away, ordered the parts, returned within the indicated timeframe, completed the repair and tested thoroughly - even hung the TV back on the wall : ) Top job, thank you !

New Samsung fridge door slightly damaged in transit so needed new door, replacement arranged immediately by Repair Guys who didn’t waste time coming to see it. I was delighted when I knew Matthew was on our job, he fixed our washing machine recently and is excellent. I had a damaged door on my Samsung freezer and the service I was given by Hayden from the Repair guys was sublime. He could not have been more helpful, polite and did an excellent job in replacing the door. Please can you give him some recognition for an excellent job done!!!

My Oleg TV packed up and Craig came out and diagnosed the power board had packed up. The following week he returned, fixed the TV, cleaned the screen, and set up the TV and sound bar before he left. All with a cheerful attitude.

The engineer came 8 days early, as he was in the area. Which was fabulous for me, as it was my washing machine. Very polite, he found the problem and dealt with it extremely quickly.

Very good and prompt repair job on Samsung 75 inch television including dismount and remount on wall.

Warranty repair carried out to new cooker. Main oven light not working, new bulb did not resolve issue. The engineer, Hayden, turned up on time and completed the repair in about 15 minutes (it was a loose connection on the bulb holder). He was friendly and efficient. Job well done. Thanks.
