We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

Tumble dryer not heating. Mathew explained what he was doing, removed the back and reset the thermostat. Easy (when you know what you doing!) Which Mathew did. Also gave me advise on using the tumble dryer as it is in the garage. Would recommend Mathew. Very efficient.

Our washing machine failed to complete a cycle so I called for a repair. I was given an appointment the next morning and Matthew arrived by 8.30 - amazing since I only requested it the afternoon before. He was informative and fixed the issue within 30 minutes (replace pump). Very happy with the speed and quality of service.

Matthew from repair guys came out to diagnose exact issue , he was already sure he knew . Returned the following week and replaced many parts under warranty. Fast and efficient replacement , cleaned the working area and left us with 100% confidence with his work . We couldn’t have asked for anymore luncheon recommend him to anyone ! Overall arranged repair quickly and efficiently. Hayden turned up initially and quickly identified the fault. He returned at a later date with the part and fixed the problem. A couple of days later a secondary problem occurred, and on contact Hayden returned within the hour and resolved the matter. His manner and service were excellent, as was the overall experience with the company

Having had a repeating fault with my TV, Craig has attended to collect and return the TV on three occasions. Each time he’s been polite, very helpful and friendly. No hesitation to have Craig / RepairGuys attend for work, although hopefully the TV is not requiring attention again soon.

Matthew attended to look at our washing machine and very quickly identified a fault with the machine as opposed to our house’s electrical circuit. He found wires broken on the washing machine wiring loom and replaced the whole loom. Matthew then tested our machine to confirm the fault had been repaired. Throughout the visit Matthew acted very professional and left the room very tidy on leaving. Highly recommended engineer, thank you.
