Matthew arrived promptly Found the fault very quickly and carried out the repair on the washing machine. Very helpful and professional. Excellent Customer Service and very professional. Would highly recommend this company.

At times things look difficult and feel overwhelming. The constant bleeping from our incorrectly working fridge/freezer was driving us mad - then along comes Matthew from Repairguys, knowledgable, efficient, fully prepared and equipped and explained everything. He had a lovely attitude to his work and could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Matthew was a godsend. The problem is all resolved. Samsung as a whole have been great from call centre, assessment engineer to the office ordering the spare parts needed and Matthew resolving the problem. We are impressed and grateful to all concerned.

Our Samsung washing machine recently broke down. Within an hour of us contacting Samsung, Matthew from the Repair Guys, Exeter was at our door. He very quickly sorted the problem without any mess or fuss. We were very impressed with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you Matthew.

Mine was a tv repair carried out under Samsung warranty. I was contacted by the Repairguys to say they would be calling to diagnose the problem which they did on time. The tv repair was completed and the set returned and reinstalled and set up by a very helpful engineer. I would not hesitate in using them again and would recommend to others.

Excellent service all round. They arrived when they said they would and had spare parts with them and cleaned up when finished. The repair man was called Mathew and is a credit to your company.

I used Repairman services to fix my Samsung fridge freezer. After the guy had attempted to fix the problem but afterwards it had a different issue so they sent another chap who informed me that the first guy had put it back together wrong causing further issues. He attempted to fix it but the new issue remained. I contacted them twice again but they then ignored us. Very poor service and staff. I would not recommend their services.

I'm very happy with the Repair guys, never have had so many messages to say on way and what time etc. John Andrew was professional, polite and repaired my dishwasher successfully, very quickly and no mess!

I have been extremely impressed with Repairguys and in particular, John-Andrew; who visited to carry out the initial fault finding/diagnostics, and then the repair once replacement parts had been received. He was professional, friendly and extremely efficient. He also pointed out something that was outside the job requirement... something that will increase the efficiency of the appliance he repaired going forward. The overall service was good too. Great communication as to when John-Andrew was due to visit (both times), and good communication as to the status of replacement parts. Repairguys come highly recommended from me. We will definitely use them again.

We bought a brand new American fridge freezer and it was faulty. The warranty sent the RepairGuys. Matthew turned up last Friday, triaged the freezer, found the fault and ordered the parts. He turned up today ( 1 week later ) fitted the parts in jig time and tested the whole appliance before he left. Very helpful chap. I don’t WANT to see him again. But if I need someone I hope it’s him

My 2020 Samsung TV screen was not working. My supplier (John Lewis) asked RepairGuys in Exeter to look into the problem. The appliance was still under warranty. The company’s response was speedy, professional and friendly. Scott immediately established the problem, ordered the necessary replacement and returned to carry out the repair. I had to change the agreed repair date on two occasions but the company did their utmost to accommodate this despite their heavy work schedule. Once the new screen was fitted Scott carried out all the necessary checks diligently and then helpfully placed the appliances back to its original site (wall mounted) for me. RepairGuys are a breath of fresh air in electrical repair services. No fuss, no hassle - they just got on with the job in hand. Hopefully, I won’t need them again though!

Matthew visited today to repair my Samsung washing machine after it stopped working. Once I had described the issue he knew exactly how to repair it and carried out the work efficiently and was considerate enough to set the machine onto a self clean before leaving due to it having standing water for the last week. The machine was still under warranty and Matthew was very helpful with advice on repairs once the warranty expires. He was very polite and conversational.

My washing machine was leaking. Matthew, the engineer, found the problem, which was an installation problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He then carried out a comprehensive diagnostic and function test. He was satisfied that the problem was solved and the machine was operating correctly, as was I. At all times he was friendly and efficient. It’s good to find out there are still people who care about what they do.

We needed to get our washing machine repaired and the insurance company use Repairguys. Their customer service is superb. They keep you constantly up to date with how things are progressing via both email and text messages. They also do a full check on the machine after the repair; e.g. earth, mains supply and insulation checks along with the pipework, and they also return the machine to its working position. The engineer (Mr. John-Andrew) was friendly and polite. All in all, a very pleasant experience all around!

Craig from Repairguys was very friendly and efficient and punctual! He came initially to assess the fault and then returned on 18/7/22 to replace the screen, as diagnosed. Also, the communication with the office was really good. They were very professional and helpful and kept us updated…… Good service all round, thanks very much.

What can I say, I called Sony regarding fault with ARC port on TV. Within forty eight hours, Repairguys called and arrangements were made to attend with a new main board. Scott turned up and was straight at it. Board replaced, sound sorted! Many thanks guys, will certainly recommend if anyone needs your expertise in the future!

Samsung washing machine, the bearings on the machine become faulty. On the agreed time and date the technician turn up and was very polite from start to finish, he explained what the job entailed and the length of time it would possible take to complete. The work area was always left clear and tidy, I honestly believe this technician is a valuable person to the company and others would learn a great deal from this person. The issue with are machine is now resolved and we are very happy with the service we received. Thank you JA

I would recommend the Repair guys. Great service from start to finish. Pre warning on time of arrival. Turned up on time. Vast knowledge of product, carrying out many checks. Solved the problem and gave advice moving forward for care and up keep of product.
