We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

Matthew attended to look at our washing machine and very quickly identified a fault with the machine as opposed to our house’s electrical circuit. He found wires broken on the washing machine wiring loom and replaced the whole loom. Matthew then tested our machine to confirm the fault had been repaired. Throughout the visit Matthew acted very professional and left the room very tidy on leaving. Highly recommended engineer, thank you.

Our washing machine failed to complete a cycle so I called for a repair. I was given an appointment the next morning and Matthew arrived by 8.30 - amazing since I only requested it the afternoon before. He was informative and fixed the issue within 30 minutes (replace pump). Very happy with the speed and quality of service.

Yes I was very happy with the work. the washing machine stopped working the trader was professional from start to finish. Everyone who works there is easy to talk to and very friendly. The trade was very knowledgeable and knew which part to order just over the phone. after given a time slot which they stuck to this even though the first engineering was sick.

New TV with faulty HDMI ports. Was put in touch via Samsung service desk. Appointment was promptly booked and a message sent confirming due time. Another message on the day gave the exact arrival time of Craig and within 15 mins the job was expertly completed. DVD player now connected and working. I bought a Samsung washing machine 18 months ago with a 5 year warranty. It started making horrendous noises before spinning. I contacted Samsung who were extremely helpful and put the matter through to RepairGuys in Exeter. It It was a strange problem but nothing was too much trouble when it came to finding the cause. The team and the engineer were excellent, arrived when they said they would, were polite, efficient. The engineer knew his job backwards and was friendly, very tidy, he followed all the rules on social distancing, hand washing etc, a very nice person. It is rare these days to find such good customer service and I would recommend Samsung and especially RepairGuys to anyone.

We discovered that we needed an amplifier and power pack for our smart TV because living in a dip to get a proper signal this was quite essential, Obviously, with COVID 19 we thought it might well be nigh impossible to get this sorted but rang the Repair Guys in Marsh Barton and the boss Steve rang us back. Steve was very helpful and it was decided he pick up the essential parts in the morning personally which is exactly what happened. He drove to our house at the time discussed and was very professional, very good standard of workmanship and generally very good standard of service. I would definitely use them again!

I needed to get a damaged screen replaced on a Samsung 40" TV - Steve was very helpful and went out of his way to get a cost-effective replacement done for me. Although not a cheap repair, The RepairGuys didn't just write-off my TV as certain other companies did, and it was still around £100 less that buying a new equivalent Samsung. They also arranged things so that I could drop the TV in and pick up less than a couple of hours later. Would definitely recommend!
