Matthew from The Reoair Guys is one of a small team and an authorised repairer for Samsung devices. We had a fault under guarantee with Samsung and Matthew was in and out in minutes having diagnosed the fault and ordered the part. He later returned to fit the part having given us accurate day and time, followed up with a reminder and an ETA text. He was personable, explained the issue clearly and in layman's terms and fixed the issue without fuss... he also cleaned around the appliance for us. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Following my washing machine breaking down my insurance got me in touch with the repair guys and from the second I spoke to them nothing was too much of an issue. They got my details and booked me in for the same day the customer service from the office was fantastic. At about 3.30 in the afternoon had a text from the engineer Matthew saying he was 10 minutes away and true to his word arrived bang on time. On arrival, Matthews's customer service was outstanding, very polite and very professional. He treated my property with respect. Within 5 mins Matthew had diagnosed the problem and away he went to his van and come back in with a new replacement part and he cracked on and got it sorted immediately. Through Matthew being at my property, he was so kind and made the whole family felt we were in safe hands. Within 15mins the machine was fixed and Matthew run a test on it before leaving to make sure this was all in working order. I will be recommending the repair guys to everyone for any appliance repairs in their homes. They are the best in Devon and Cornwall. Absolutely faultless service from start to finish Thank you so much for everything.

We had an issue with a Samsung fridge freezer which wasn’t dispensing water and ice correctly. Matthew diagnosed the fault straight away. Curry’s installer had connected the water and ice feeds incorrectly, so the problem should have been sorted by them , not Samsung. The service I’ve had from Curry’s throughout this problem has been very shabby, shame on them! Matthew was in and out , job done and tested within 10 minutes. Great service!

We had a repair arranged within 5 working days and our freezer was fixed quickly and efficiently, friendly service.

Matthew came from the Repair Guys he was very pleasant and listened to my problems with the machine. He worked hard and soon came up with solutions to repair the faults. He ordered some new parts which came within a few days. Returning on Saturday evening after having worked over on Exmoor all day and getting stuck in the snow. He stripped the machine down and fitted the new Bushes and also unblocked the softener compartment. Checking the machine over carefully before he went home. He left a contact number in case I had any concerns. I am very satisfied with his work and would recommend him in the future. Thank you very much Matthew!

My Sony tv broke down last month (Nov) and I was fortunate that it was still under warranty and would be replaced with a like for like tv. The Repair Guys operate on behalf of Sony and the whole team were professional, efficient and friendly. The face-to-face service/installs was backed up by the very effective communications, phone calls/texts, all keeping me updated on delivery dates/times. My experience was faultless and I’d highly recommend them!

What can I say... My grand babies stayed over Xmas and a toy hit my TV and broke the screen and I spoke to these guys on the 28th picked my TV up on 30th which I thought it would take a week but nope outstanding time scale and camr back like new today what more can I ask for perfect service by ones that understand how you feel to be without something you need to for to long Well done guys thank you so much

Can’t praise Scott highly enough. Came to fix my tv (under warranty) which needed a new main board. He phoned to let me know he was on his way, and arrived when he said he would. Friendly and polite, and did the work speedily and efficiently. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

The Repairguys have been out to us twice now. Once for our washing machine and just recently to fix our tumble dryer. They have always been very courteous, professional and sorted our issues out swiftly. Great service

The Repairguys attended on behalf of Richer Sounds, from whom I'd bought our television in 2019. Quick and accurate diagnosis, effective repair. These guys were called out by Richer Sounds to fix my TV. Very prompt service. I was kept informed throughout every step of my repair( including where parts were ordered, their arrival and completion) I was given a time frame for everything and always kept informed of any developments. My TV is back, fixed and looking at the paperwork has been given a full service. I would not hesitate to use this company again. All of this and I never left my home either .

John came to repair our hob. Very polite and courteous - extremely knowledgeable - clean and tidy worker - ordered the parts and repaired the hob within a week. One extremely satisfied customer - Thank you John!

The Repair guys arrived promptly and repaired our Samsung dual flex oven very quickly and efficiently under its warranty/guarantee. They also gave me some great advice on the various functions of the oven which was a bonus. We are happy customers now.

My Samsung fridge freezer arrived with a dent in the door. Samsung arranged the repair. Communication was excellent and Matthew had the door replaced in no time. Brilliant service, would recommend.

Matthew arrived on time and quickly got on with the job in question, he was polite and chatty while doing a good job of fixing the washing machine, the machine was put back in place and Matthew cleaned up though he didn't make a lot of mess. I was very pleased with Matthew he was a really nice man, would defiantly recommend Matthew and the company.

Initial visit to diagnose problem and order part. Took longer than I would have hoped. Second visit saw wrong part had been ordered but the engineer John was fantastic. He had the required part on his van and fitted it with no fuss. He was very professional and explained what was wrong with the fridge and what had been done to make it right. He was clean and tidy, very helpful and left the room and appliance set up as we wanted. Could not have been any better. Thanks to John for the great job done.

John concluded that one of the motor brushes were burnt out on our Samsung washing machine. To be on safe side he replaced the motor and fully tested the machine. Good service and very neat and tidy. Just as well it was done under Samsung warranty!
