John visited our home today to repair our Samsung washing machine which was very noisy in use. John did an excellent job and the issue is resolved.

John Andrew called on us on Bank Holiday afternoon to repair our washing machine, he was very polite and tidy in his work, his knowledge of Samsung was very good, think he could have taken the machine apart blindfolded, an asset to your company, no complaints .

Thank you Matthew and Hayden for repairing our Samsung oven. Wonderful service as usual and so far so good the oven is working great again!! The repair guys are the best ever!! Wonderful service, very pleasant guys and keep you informed at all times. Matthew texted to say he would be with us in 30 mins. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Pete called and told us what time he would arrive, he did just that, replaced my tumble dryer door which had fallen and smashed. Pete did all the checks etc, was very pleasant and polite and took our old door away and gave great service.

Matt was excellent, very thorough and found the cause of the issue almost immediately. He made the whole process very easy as we need a replacement appliance he dealt with all communication so we don’t need to explain the whole thing over again! Would highly recommend.

My washing machine wasn’t finishing its cycle but Matthew came in found the problem and sorted it. Very professional and was even good with my very nosey dogs. Washing machine is now up and running in no time. Thanks again.

Our 10 year old LG washing machine leaked on a delicates wash, the Repair Guys came out and established the problem and returned on a later appointment to replace parts and offer advice. Both technicians were approachable and gave advice. They were also very helpful regarding not stressing our rescue dog, so thank you for the whole process. Highly commended.

I think guys name was Chris. So helpful and even helped mount TV on the wall as needed two people and then set up everything on TV! Nothing a bother and really knew what he was doing….all set up again and ready to view. Stunning service. This is my first time using this company that does work for Sony.

Scott repaired my TV (under warranty) very efficiently and made sure all was OK before leaving. Great text communications from the team. 2 downsides. Long wait for the parts. Patronising first Guy, who diagnosed the fault he may have now left. They efficiently carried out a repair on a microwave (under warranty) in the past. So overall pleased with their service, as parts delivery are out of their control.

Turned up on time,very polite professional person.Found out problems in no time at all and explained next step. Retuned today on time very helpful and professional and solved the problems.

I called The Repair Guys just after 1.30pm and by 4.15pm my washing machine was repaired. It was fortunate that the repair man was in the area and able to add another call out to his list. Matthew was able to diagnose the problem quickly and carry out the repair efficiently.

Our 5 1/2 year old Samsung american fridge freezer lost cooling and we contacted Samsung, who arranged for the unit to be inspected by the Repairguys. They didn't arrive at the time given by Samsung. It was explained that Samsung made the appointment time without checking if it was available. Matthew arrived a few days later and spent considerable time in trying to find why the unit was leaking refrigerant. He was unable to locate the precise location of the leak and determined that the unit was beyond economical repair. When this was reported to Samsung they offered a discount on a replacement unit from their online shop. However, when trying to complete the purchase the discount was refused. After being shunted from one Samsung department to another I gave up and have now ordered a different brand. No more Samsung products for me as I consider the reliability very poor for the premium price of the products, and Samsung to be a nightmare to deal with.

Very fast and efficient service engineer kept me informed of arrival time. He did the job quickly and with care very friendly engineer I would recommend the service.

Matthew was on time. Quickly diagnosed and fixed the fault. Took the time to explain his findings and provided valuable advice/tips on how best to use the appliance and how to avoid common problems. Totally satisfied with the service.
