When my washing machine went wrong 10 days before Christmas and with 3 very young kids who can't go an hour without getting dirty, well I could have cried. I called Samsung and after 5 days of fighting the shocking processes and generally poor service, they put me in touch with the repair guys on Monday afternoon. Within a short time I had appointment for Wednesday. Tuesday, I got my 3 hour time window. Wednesday, I got my 20 minute update that Hayden was on his way. Hayden fixed my machine in a effortless fashion. He was lovely, even when the kids did their best to get in the way, and even put the machine back in place for me. He talked me through the repair and paperwork and tidied up after himself. Hayden is my hero, he saved me from one less thing to stress me out over Christmas!

Our TV went kaput in mid-December, and we were very worried that despite an extended warranty, we wouldn't have a working TV in time for Christmas. I called the repair guys to see if they could bring their diagnostic visit forwards and they came the very next day. Fault diagnosed a part was ordered and a follow up visit to fix the TV was arranged in the week before Christmas. The fix took just 20 minutes and we were back up and running. Very impressed with this company. All the people I spoke to were friendly and knowledgeable and they managed to fit us in at a busy time of year.

Matthew came to work on our Washing Machine after it had sprung a leak. He was on time and very knowledgeable and the problem has been resolved. First class service, would recommend.

Craig came out and diagnosed my LG TV needed a new main board as the HDMI sockets where not working correctly. One week later he turned up with the replacement part a very quickly replaced it checked my TV was working and cleaned up. Very good service

Matt provided an excellent service when he came to fix our TV. He was not only quick in addressing the issue but also incredibly considerate, ensuring minimal disruption to our day. His expertise was evident, as he efficiently resolved the problem and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Highly recommended for his professional and courteous approach!

I had contacted Samsung about the incident when as my wife opened the door of the FF it fell down and spilled a number of items to the floor. Although Curry’s had fitted it, and charged me for the fitting, it was dangerously inept. Hayden arrived promptly looked at the situation and got on with it. He pointed out where a part had been fitted improperly and put it right. He tidied everything up and went in his way. Competent, industrious and polite. Very impressive.

Matthew messaged me to Say he was 80 mins away, he then arrived on time . He was very pleasant and explained everything as he went. Would definitely use this service again

From first contact, this company were on it; very professional and arrived quickly. My fridge freezer had been making a terrible noise and I was worried it was going to pack up. Hayden was polite, knowledgeable and had come prepared with parts so there was no waiting about for another visit. I’m so thrilled to have found an appliance repair service I can trust. Hayden was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact these guys again, they know what they’re doing.

Had to have a new screen for my tv repairguys ordered the spare part ,came to my house a week later to fit it really pleased I can watch the footy! Spot on!
