We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

Matthew came to repair our washing machine under warranty. He was very friendly and happy to answer any questions I asked. He was super efficient and really tidy, taking away any packaging, despite my offering to take it. He removed the faulty parts and fitted the new parts in no time at all. Our Samsung TV developed a fault with the screen. John Lewis reported that they would have it repaired as it was still under their five year warrantee. The Repairguys contacted us and arranged the repair. Scott Chidgey from Repairguys arrived on time and replaced the faulty screen. He was very polite, professional and worked in a tidy fashion. I would happily recommend him and his company for any future repairs I need.

These guys were exceptional. They replaced the whole screen in my TV in an hour and a half as an emergency so we could have a TV for Christmas. Excellent work and a lovely bunch of guys. Would highly recommend.

The door seal on our Samsung washing machine leaked so we contacted John Lewis from whom we purchased it. The 2 year Samsung guarantee had just expired but John Lewis had a 5 year guarantee. They referred us to Samsung who sent a repair man and the door seal was replaced under the 5 year John Lewis guarantee with no charge to us. Hyaden the repair man was polite, efficient and quick. Having replaced the door seal he then did a water test to check that all was well.

Matthew send a message prior to arrival and turned up bang on time. Our ice maker was crushing ice rather than cubed so I cleared the freezer section near to the ice maker in preparation for a lengthy process. Matthew had everything replaced and working within minutes. He certainly knows his stuff. Highly recommend.

Repairguys called us within 48 hours of reporting the issue to Richersounds. An appointment was made within 5 days and Craig turned up promptly on the morning. He quickly diagnosed the fault but had to take the TV to fix. It was returned earlier than expected and the fault was fully repaired. Craig reinstalled the TV and attached all the HDMI and USB connections and made time to explain other problems I was not able to resolve before. Overall a very satisfactory service. If they could offer the loan of a TV on removal it would be excellent.

We had under warranty repair needed for a Samsung washing machine. The initial fix didn’t solve the issue but they promptly returned and diagnosed the issue again and replaced the drum of the machine. Hayden was excellent, polite, communicated well and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Craig was friendly, helpful, informative, efficient. First trip identified the problem and suggested a workaround until new component available. This worked and within 2 weeks they had the new component and came round and carried out repair. Was organised by Richer sounds under their extended warranty, so kudos to Richer Sounds for their part.

LG Oled TV, dead, one week after LG's year-long guarantee ended. HOWEVER, as I bought it from Richer Sounds, their six-year cover kicked in and Craig from the Repair Guys (Exeter) turned up as booked; diagnosed dead screen; RS okayed the part replacement, and if I had not got Covid the repair would have happened Friday one week later. Craig returned when safe, neatly extracted the dead'n and stuck in the new'n. Total time taken: twenty (mins) Craig knows his stuff, Richer Sounds are brilliant: maybe there is a god... Happiness!

Craig from the Repair Guys (working on behalf of Richer sounds Plymouth) attended and repaired my LG TV which had developed a problem with the sound. He assessed the problem and ordered replacement parts during his first visit. Communication was clear throughout the process and he returned to carry out the repair, which was completed quickly. It is very reassuring when you invest money in high tech products that should things go wrong (as they invariably do) that work is carried out under guarantee by skilled technicians like the Repair Guys to return your product to a fully working condition with the minimum of fuss. Thank you very much.

Repairguys came and assessed what needed to be done first of all , Craig then returned with a second technician, Ryan , both were on time and very well mannered. They sorted the problem and were very helpful and cared enough to help place the TV back on the stand, they didn't have to do that . So five star rating for the boys . Thank you again .
