We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.
We cover almost 200 postal code areas in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset and are the representatives for Panasonic in the Bristol / Bath region.

Matthew did a great job fixing our tumble dryer. His communication was great, letting us know exactly when to expect him. He carried out a diagnostic check on his first visit and advised us clearly on what needed to be done. The office staff were friendly and helpful when I called to confirm having the repair done. Once the parts arrived, they quickly arranged a follow up visit date and Matthew once again arrived promptly and did a great job. We would definitely use The Repair Guys again. Thank you.

The repair request was placed by John Lewis to the Repair Guys who shortly after called to select a date to call. They called on the agreed date and diagnosed the issues. Once the parts had been sourced they contacted me with a potential date which was not suitable. I texted with alternatives and agreed a new date. I was advised the evening before for the time window, and the engineer phoned 15 minutes before arrival to advise me. Super service, repair carried out at home, engineers courteous and pleasant to talk to to share the issues.

We had Matthew from The Repair Guys out this morning to fix our refrigerator, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Matthew was incredibly professional and clearly knew his stuff, getting our fridge back in working order quickly. What really stood out, though, was how friendly and patient he was with my two curious children, who, let's just say, were "helping" a lot! Matthew from Repair Guys arrived ahead of schedule. He got to grips with the job straight away and even when the position and surrounding kitchen made getting to the problem with the dishwasher harder, he just got on with the job. Identified the problem and having informed me that he had to order a replacement part was quick to tidy everything up and be on his way.
