Craig visited to repair my TV that is five years old and still under warranty from Richer Sounds. It was an intermittent fault, after ordering and changing two parts on different occasions my TV now works reliably. Very impressed with Craigs knowledge and the fact that TV that old is still serviceable and that the repair guys could fix it. I will use them again if I have a need.

Great service, reception very helpful in dealing with my issue. Repair man did a great job had to come back with a replacement part. Kept updated by text as to when the repair man was going to arrive. Can't fault anything which makes a change today.

The repair request was placed by John Lewis to the Repair Guys who shortly after called to select a date to call. They called on the agreed date and diagnosed the issues. Once the parts had been sourced they contacted me with a potential date which was not suitable. I texted with alternatives and agreed a new date. I was advised the evening before for the time window, and the engineer phoned 15 minutes before arrival to advise me. Super service, repair carried out at home, engineers courteous and pleasant to talk to to share the issues.

Great communication, didn't have to wait that long for part to come in. Once arrived, very friendly customer service, fixed promptly & even went over & above by cleaning the TV & remounting it for us. Very pleased overall with service.

Pete from the RepairGuys was prompt and very efficient in dealing with the problem. He took about 30 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem.

Matthew turned up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue with the Samsung fridge. Would definitely recommend.

Craig came out and diagnosed a faulty main board within a few minutes. He told me he would order a replacement board and return once it arrived. The part arrived within 3 days and was fitted within 2 working days. Very quick and efficient service, highly recommended.

Craig arrived on time with a spare part for my TV. He then quickly replaced the part whilst making friendly chat. Craig reset my TV to make sure it was working. Craig is a very friendly, tidy, and efficient repairman whom I would recommend.

Matthew arrived on time, was very friendly, and did a great job with the washing machine. We had a full explanation of the problem. Matthew then took all the covers off and replaced the broken parts. The machine has never been this quiet, not even when it was out of the box. We are very grateful for the fantastic service provided by Matthew.

Samsung referred us to this company to carry out a repair under our warranty. It was easy to book and they arranged the appointment quickly. After booking, we were contacted and offered an earlier repair date, as another customer had cancelled. On the day, Matthew phoned ahead of time so that we would know exactly when he would arrive in the 3 hour time window. Matthew was professional, polite and friendly throughout the visit. He identified the fault quickly and the whole repair was completed within the hour, under warranty. Matthew was a very tidy worker and went on to explain the washer's digital codes and how to recalibrate the washer when moving it back into place. I would have no hesitations recommending Matthew and this company.

Matthew arrived today to look at a leaking washing machine. Found the fault and replaced broken part during the first visit. Very pleased and would recommend to others.

Mathew attended after another engineer was unable to repair our fridge freezer. He diagnosed the fault quickly, had the necessary parts with him and made the repair. Mathew showed professionalism and kept me informed during the repair process. He checked everything was working correctly and even put the shelves back which we had taken out beforehand. Following a fault on 65" TV, RepairGuys were appointed as the local service agent by Panasonic to complete an in home service repair. The company did a great job, in particular the engineers assigned, Scott and Steve. Working in peoples home’s during the lockdown period brings own its challenge, they acted with professionalism and made every necessary step to complete the repair efficiently and safely. You have a great pair of engineers!

After having been told by the company I purchased the TV from to contact Samsung, these guys were appointed to carry out the repair. They were excellent. Contacted me the same day, visited within 24 hours. Had to order parts. Didn’t have to wait to long. Now all repaired and working well. Good for keeping in contact, turned up when they said they would. Excellent COVID safe at this difficult time. A big Thank you from one satisfied customer

Arrived right at the beginning of the time slot I was given. Promptly fixed the TV and did the necessary updates then gave me advice on what to do if I have any more problems in the future after my warranty runs out. Excellent service.
