We are proud to represent many of the leading retailers, manufacturers and insurance companies and as such can offer repairs to your equipment, whether it is under a manufacturer's warranty, covered by an extended guarantee or on a chargeable basis.

On calling with a sound issue on TV I was given date and text a time schedule the previous day. Engineer arrived wasted no time telling me what was required. Parts were ordered and I was notified of the date he would return. He was prompt and explained as he replaced items and set the TV . I am very happy with the service and engineer. Thank You .

Craig from the Repair Guys (working on behalf of Richer sounds Plymouth) attended and repaired my LG TV which had developed a problem with the sound. He assessed the problem and ordered replacement parts during his first visit. Communication was clear throughout the process and he returned to carry out the repair, which was completed quickly. It is very reassuring when you invest money in high tech products that should things go wrong (as they invariably do) that work is carried out under guarantee by skilled technicians like the Repair Guys to return your product to a fully working condition with the minimum of fuss. When I called customer service I spoke to a knowledgeable person who talked me through step by step to work out issue with my TV. They identified the screen wad the issue and needed to be replaced. They arranged for a collection of my TV promptly given me a date and approximate time (Craig the rapair guy messaged me when he was on route). Although it did take 2 weeks to repair I could not fault how professional the whole communication process was, from both the telephony agent and Craig. Happy to say TV is still working fine 🙂.
