We discovered that we needed an amplifier and power pack for our smart TV because living in a dip to get a proper signal this was quite essential, Obviously, with COVID 19 we thought it might well be nigh impossible to get this sorted but rang the Repair Guys in Marsh Barton and the boss Steve rang us back. Steve was very helpful and it was decided he pick up the essential parts in the morning personally which is exactly what happened. He drove to our house at the time discussed and was very professional, very good standard of workmanship and generally very good standard of service. I would definitely use them again!

I am happy to be the first to review this company. I purchased a Panasonic TV from Amazon 6 months ago and the screen went black, contacted Amazon for a replacement, no chance of that as it was just over the 6 month period. However, they arranged for repair using repair guys. Repair guys contacted me to arrange a pickup date/time and they were there on the date and the time. I was told it needed a new screen from Panasonic.This was when repair guys customer services they informed me on a regular basis the progress of the repair. To me, this shows outstanding customer service. My TV was returned to me on 2 April 20 and again they were on time. I would happy to recommend repair guys to anyone. Well done and thank you.

I bought a Samsung washing machine 18 months ago with a 5 year warranty. It started making horrendous noises before spinning. I contacted Samsung who were extremely helpful and put the matter through to RepairGuys in Exeter. It It was a strange problem but nothing was too much trouble when it came to finding the cause. The team and the engineer were excellent, arrived when they said they would, were polite, efficient. The engineer knew his job backwards and was friendly, very tidy, he followed all the rules on social distancing, hand washing etc, a very nice person. It is rare these days to find such good customer service and I would recommend Samsung and especially RepairGuys to anyone.

My LG smart tv was showing a tuning fault and as it was still under warranty Repair Guys were requested to attend. Steve attended in timely fashion, quickly identified & resolved the issue. He was professional, thorough, friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly, ensuring all systems were working properly. I would definitely recommend Repair Guys.

I needed to get a damaged screen replaced on a Samsung 40" TV - Steve was very helpful and went out of his way to get a cost-effective replacement done for me. Although not a cheap repair, The RepairGuys didn't just write-off my TV as certain other companies did, and it was still around £100 less that buying a new equivalent Samsung. They also arranged things so that I could drop the TV in and pick up less than a couple of hours later. Would definitely recommend!

Following a fault on 65" TV, RepairGuys were appointed as the local service agent by Panasonic to complete an in home service repair. The company did a great job, in particular the engineers assigned, Scott and Steve. Working in peoples home’s during the lockdown period brings own its challenge, they acted with professionalism and made every necessary step to complete the repair efficiently and safely. You have a great pair of engineers!

Yes I was very happy with the work. the washing machine stopped working the trader was professional from start to finish. Everyone who works there is easy to talk to and very friendly. The trade was very knowledgeable and knew which part to order just over the phone. after given a time slot which they stuck to this even though the first engineering was sick.

After having been told by the company I purchased the TV from to contact Samsung, these guys were appointed to carry out the repair. They were excellent. Contacted me the same day, visited within 24 hours. Had to order parts. Didn’t have to wait to long. Now all repaired and working well. We had an issue with a Samsung oven that was out of warranty. Called Samsung who sent us to these guys. The engineer (Matthew) came out, disassembled the oven and found the fault. He then wrote a report, and got the parts from Samsung under warranty and came and fitted them today. It is hard to fault any part of this process, Matthew was very good at explaining the issue and process. We will be sure to come to the Repair guys in the future when we need help.

RepairGuys came today to fit parts for my washing machine. From initial call out to fitting of parts, I have been kept up to date. We had to call RepairGuys for a repair under warranty to our Samsung Fridge/Freezer. The initial logging of the call with Samsung themselves was frankly a trial but once the job was passed to RepairGuys, things went well. Phone contact with them was easy and helpful and their engineer (James) turned up promptly as arranged. He was smart, polite and efficient and Covid precautions were observed without being asked. James worked cleanly and efficiently and left everything tidy. Unfortunately (and through no fault of his) the fault remained and a repeat visit was arranged the following week. James did his best and finally made enquiries to discover the fault was irreparable meaning a replacement fridge/freezer was required. RepairGuys presumably liaised with Samsung over this as the next thing was a call from Samsung regarding the replacement arrangements. All in all, we were very pleased with RepairGuys and would be happy to use them again.
